“The room was clean, staff were helpful and polite, enjoyed breakfast. However, I had requested an accessible room and it was not available upon check-in day. Fortunately staff provided one on the second day of my stay. Overall, my stay was pleasant. PS: It would be nice if hotel provided a shuttle to Wind Creek Casino Hotel.”

“Pro’s and con’s with this hotel; key didn’t work when I got to room. The room was spacious and nice. Very nice bathroom. Truck depot st back was slightly disturning in early morning.. Side door did only work to go out, not to go in from parking lot. No supervised parking, but enough spaces. Good wifi. Fridge in room. The photos of lobby/restaurant make it seem lager than reality. Ashley in the restaurant is amazing! So much positive energy! The breakfast staff, quite the opposite.. not...

“The room was filled with stains. The property was not updated. It reaked from guests smoking marijuana. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“I got a refund because the sheets were dirty & had holes. The front desk had no extra sheets. The tub was also very filthy. Wouldn’t be comfortable to sleep, didn’t use anything, only time was wasted.”

“Our room looked beautiful but smelled like smoke!!! It was sooo bad. We complained and they offered to switch us but it was late by then and I have small kids so the idea of changing rooms at that point wasn’t worth it for the night. One of the beds was literally up against the air conditioner and we realized the smell might be coming from there overnight. None of us slept. I found a wet used diaper under the sofa bed. It was gross! My daughter slipped and fell by the pool, which was ice cold....

“The heated pool was a pleasure. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Breakfast is amazing. Have stayed there last 2 summers and plan to return.”
