For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance.

Fonte da Telha is one of the most loved coastal areas south of Lisbon, known for its wide sandy beaches, relaxed atmosphere, excellent seafood restaurants and spectacular sunsets over the Atlantic.

Nature lovers will also enjoy the nearby Mata dos Medos Nature Reserve, where wooden boardwalks wind through protected pine forests and coastal dunes, creating beautiful walking and cycling routes.

Despite its peaceful surroundings, the villa remains within easy reach of Costa da Caparica, golf courses and Lisbon, making it an excellent base for discovering the region.

For those using public transport, Corroios Train Station is approximately 13 minutes away by car, offering rail connections to Lisbon and the surrounding region. Several bus routes also connect Charneca da Caparica with Costa da Caparica and nearby towns.

￫ Self-Catering Accommodation
The accommodation operates on a self-catering basis. A few basic items are provided upon arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other essentials. These items are offered as a courtesy and are not replenished during the stay.

￫ Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ Cleaning
The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers only the final cleaning after check-out. During the stay, additional cleaning services or changes of bed linen and towels can be requested at an extra cost. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in
Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-ins after 10:00 PM are subject to an additional fee of €25. A set of keys will be provided.

￫ Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.

￫ Keys
Guests are responsible for the keys during their stay. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If assistance is required due to lost or damaged keys, any associated costs will be charged to the guest. In case of key loss, an additional penalty may also apply.

￫ Baby Equipment
A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

￫ Extended Stays (28+ nights)
For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility costs (electricity, water, etc.) exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these conditions.
