- Pets should be kept off all furniture, including beds and couches.
- Any pet waste inside the house must be cleaned up immediately by the pet owner.
- Outside, pet waste should be picked up and disposed of in a designated outdoor trash bin.
- Pets should be leashed when outside the unit if not securely fenced.
- Pet owners should ensure their pets are free of fleas and ticks to maintain the cleanliness of the unit.
