Lilla gula huset med vacker havsutsikt

Detta är ett gammalt herdehus, så totalt sett är det ganska grundläggande, även om det drar nytta av ett nyligen renoverat badrum och varmvattensystem samt en massiv queen size-säng med lyxig Cocomat-madrass.

Den har en vacker balkong med fantastisk utsikt över havet som drar nytta av en bris. Nedanför finns en sida av gatan, avkopplad veranda där du kan se livet som går förbi i skuggan.

Det här är verkligen någonstans att komma undan och glömma världen på en grekisk ö med solskenet, blommorna, det klara vattnet och den helt oroliga byn runt dig. Du har en 15-minuters promenad ner till mulevägen till den avskilda stranden, du är uppe på en stor kulle så det här är en härlig promenad om du är i form, böjd runt en underbar dal med tall och olivträd, ödlar dart över stenarna. Det är också bara ett par minuters promenad till den centrala bytorget med dess överflöd av barer och restauranger, och där du kan hämta en buss eller taxi för att ansluta till resten av ön.

Das kleine Haus ist wirklich klein. Für grosse Menschen oder Manschen mit unsicherem Schritt ist die Treppe ins Schlafzimmer eine Herausforderung. Die Lage des Hauses gleicht aber Vieles aus. Das Haus ist einfach Super für Strandferien auf Alonnisos.

C'est la troisième fois que nous louons la petite maison jaune et le rapport qualité prix est imbattable pour cette location dans le vieux village. Voir mes commentaires précédents. Bon séjour sur cette île coup de coeur !

Altes ,wunderschön renoviertes Haus in der Altstadt von Cora

Ruhiges ,altes , kleines Haus mit wunderschönem Balkon und fantastischem Blick. Restaurants und Bars sind in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen.Ein Auto zu mieten würde ich empfehlen um die schönen Strände zu erreichen

Kleines einfaches Häuschen

Wir haben zu zweit eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem kleinen, etwas dunklen Häuschen verbracht. Bei großer Wärme nicht von Nachteil. Die steile Treppe vom oberen Schlafraum zum Bad ist nachts nicht so leicht zu gehen. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber für Selbstkocher ist alles vorhanden. Die Nähe zu Tavernen und kleinem Supermarkt, einem direkten steilen Pfad zur nächsten Badebucht (FKK möglich) und die wunderschöne Aussicht hat den Urlaub unvergessliche gemacht.

Small house, big praise - lovely stay

We spent over two weeks in this lovely property with fantastic views of the coast of Alonissos, either from the balcony or the verandah, which gets the sun in the morning and the shade in the afternoon (we arrived later in the year - September). The property was very well located (as long you like steps and hills - we did) for a number of beaches, the old town (with its quaint shops and very nice restaurants) and Patitiri (there is a regular bus service in the mornings and evenings). The house itself was great, it had everything we needed and expected, with enough crockery / facilities to cook basic meals. The bed was most comfortable, which meant we had no problem getting to sleep. A wonderful stay and in a wonderful location. We love to stay again. Thank you.

A charming little house perfectly suited for two people wanting a quiet location

The location of the house is the very best, tranquil, as it is equally removed from the sometimes boisterous square with many nice cafés (which we enjoyed visiting at other times) and the other end of the small village, where restaurants and cafés (besides meals, drinks etc.) also offer various kinds of music and entertainment. Sitting in the evening and at night on the very nice balcony of the house, overlooking the sea and some islands, watching the stars come out and the moon rising, sipping the wine you have chosen from the local supermarket, well, you can hardly ask for more. You can easily prepare a nice uncomplicated meal in the small kitchen and enjoy the evening at home, if you do not want to go out every night. There are many restaurants and also a good number that will provide you with a remarkably nice dinner (and very nice wines to choose from). The kitchen offers what is neccesary for cooking a meal; a few more smaller coffee cups would be nice, as well as glasses, but you can also do what we did, buy yourself some very nice stoneware cups in one of the shops in town and enjoy supporting the local trade and Cretan handcraft. A lovely souvenir to take home. (The same goes for a chopping board, actually; but then again, you can have a very nice board of olive wood in one of the shops). On the groung floor of the house you can enjoy the semi-shade in the patio (below the balcony) in the morning. The sun is filtered through leaves of fig and almond trees and you can still enjoy the great views of the sea and the islands to the east. From about one pm there will be a comfortable shade on the balcony. You enter the balcony, which offers even nicer views, from the bedroom on the first floor and at night you have a look of the stars and the moon through the door and in the morning the sun will wake you up, when it rises above the higher islands to the northeast. Furthermore, you must go to one of the beaches; we chose Micros Mourtias, a small beach in an cove with a lovely sandy seabed. The old mule track leading down there from the town is a wonderful experience in itself. Alltogether, we had a lovely sixteen days vacation in this little yellow house, perfectly suited for two people wanting to go to a most beautiful island in the Aegean Sea.

Magnifique séjour! !

La maison de Charles et Mel est merveilleuse ! Oui elle est petite mais tellement mignonne et bien décorée ! La vue est fantastique. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Un peu isolée, on y trouve le calme. Séjour exceptionnel sur cette belle île ! Merci à eux😊

I had a wonderful two weeks

The property was a hidden gem in the cobbled back paths of the old village.the shaded balcony area kept the bedroom cool and once open, the front door brought in light and sunshine.

Das kleine Haus ist einfach, aber charmant. Der große Balkon mit Meerblick ist wunderbar. Die Küchenausstattung ist basic aber ok. Ich habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt.

Séjour très agréable dans la petite maison. L'île est magnifique, le village aussi.

Jolie petite maison très bien située dans le vieux village d'Alonissos. Vue magnifique depuis l'agréable petite terrasse. Au calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Acès facile à la plage à pied depuis la maison. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Lovely little house, with everything I needed.

The Little Yellow House on Alonissos was a lovely place to stay. it was simple, but very comfortable, with everything I needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants an authentic experience on the beautiful island of Alonissos.

Great holidays !!!

We spent three weeks in the little yellow house for the second time (see my advice in french for last year) and we again appreciate it a lot ! The house has very simple comfort but all the necessery is there to wash, sleep and eat and is very well situated in the old village : not too far from the animated center but in a quiet street. The island is beautiful with paths for those who like walking, splendid beaches whith water at 25 or 26 °C in summer and the lovely old village with taverns and chilling bars... Great holidays !!!

Tiny but adorable cottage

fuer 2 Personen,die uriges moegen, sehr zu empfehlen

es war ein wunderschoener Urlaub, das Haus ist sehr einfach aber sehr atmosphaerisch, die Betten waren wunderbar, die Dusche ganz herrlich, der Balkon atemberauebend schoener Blick. Im Mai waeren Wolldecken gut zu gebrauchen. "Jimmy" war ein grossariger Organisator und Helfer. Danke! Heide und Dieter
