This quaint holiday home is ideal for unwinding and enjoying your well-deserved holidays with your family and friends, in a quiet area near the gorgeous Costa del Sol.

The house features a single floor, and it can welcome up to eight guests. It features four bedrooms, two with a double bed each, and two with two single beds each. Besides, in the house, you will also find three bathrooms, two with a bathtub and one with a shower. The spacious dining-living room is furnished with sofas and armchairs, as well as a fireplace to warm up the chilliest nights, thus providing a warm ambience that you can enjoy with your beloved ones. The kitchen is located near the living room and features a smaller dining table, in addition to being equipped with everything you need to feel at home.

The living room is provided with air-con, whereas two of the bedrooms feature fans. Moreover, the four bedrooms are also equipped with electric radiators.

The spacious outdoor space offers you the possibility of enjoying the quietness of the surrounding area. You can do it in the shade of the porch, where you can also rejoice in delicious meals that you will have prepared on the nearby BBQ. The cherry on top is the fabulous private pool, which is completely fenced to ensure a safe stay for the whole family. The poolside sun loungers are ideal for relaxing under the sunshine. Lastly, the well-maintained garden completes the charming setting of the villa, together with the olive yards and fruit trees that envelop the house.

The access to the holiday home is possible via a 1-km unpaved lane.
