It was later used as a residential apartment and now its been renovated into more a modern space above "The Old Polish Corner" Restaurant (Open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 11 am-10 pm featuring a full menu and bar)Serving up authentic Polish cuisine & and American classics. Centrally located and will make a great place to enjoy all Alpena has to offer. **This is a 2nd story space** Parking is walking distance.
The space
This unique listing is above a Polish Restaurant and Bar, which is currently undergoing renovation which should be opening fall of 2022. The unit was originally a beauty salon and was turned in to residential living at some point in its 135 year history! We pulled out the dropped celing and gave the place a major face-lift. Its not perfect but we are pretty proud of it. A great location with in walking distance to all of what downtown Alpena has to offer. And just down the road from world famous Nowicki's Sausage Shoppe!

The entire 2 bedroom apartment less the utility room which is locked from guest access.
Other things to note
It is upstairs, so expect to navigate a floor of stairs. Parking can be tricky there is space to unload next to the stairs and a full parking lot at the end of the block. Please note that now that the restaurant is in full swing the aroma of delicious polish food is definitely noticeable in this space during hours of operation.
