“The hotel was really pleasant and very welcoming. Breakfast was up to a very high standard. Receptionists and hotel staff as well as cleaning ladies were very friendly and extremely service minded. All in all my sister and I spent a lovely time there and would highly recommend this hotel. The price was reasonable and not to forget the warm water swimming pool and its surroundings. Would like to go back one day within next few years.”

“Starting here on my own as a single woman I felt safe. My room, bathroom and the communal facilities were really clean, although there were signs of wear in a couple of places, for example the bed base. I was in the original hotel, where the building itself could do with some attention in places (window ledges, etc) which I hope they attend to because it's a beautiful building in a wonderful location. “Väldigt fint gammalt hotell med trevlig personal. Nära till tågstation och centrum. Mycket prisvärt men minus för obekväma sängar.”

“We had a lovely two night stay at Losehill. Ideally situated if you want to walk up Losehill or Mam Tor and Edale is a 20 minute bus ride away. The bus can be caught from the bottom of the lane. The service from every member of staff we encountered during our stay was outstanding. The food was excellent with amazing views as you eat.”

“Had two glorious nights in a deluxe room and decided to stay for a third. Third night room was a classic and felt very cramped. Son was in an attic room and said the same. But everything else about the rooms was great, and the staff were friendliness itself!”
