“This place is a good value. Clean, spacious and quiet rooms. The beds are comfortable. The office was unstaffed but responsive through text. We had two rooms, the lock on our door was glitchy (had to try multiple times to get in each time), the fan in the bathroom was broken in one of them and the cleaning staff entered this morning several hours before checkout time (they knocked but didn’t wait for a response, were very apologetic.) These are minor things but why I rated a 4 instead of 5,...

“Spectacular place to stay over with great views of the mountian, highly recommend”

“This place could use some work, both on the amenities and the staff. The wi-fi is borderline unusable - I needed to attend some remote meetings on my laptop, and ended up tethering it to my phone because I couldn't get anywhere near reasonable speeds on the hotel's network. I also tried to use my Roku stick with their TV and the wifi was too slow to stream anything without it buffering constantly.
