Unser Aufenthalt in der Artic Wilderness Lodge war ausgezeichnet und wir können das Hotel ausnahmslos empfehlen. Das Speiseangebot ist vom Frühstück bis hin zum Fine Dining Abendessen außergewöhnlich lecker und mit einer super lokalen Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und naturbelassen. Es ist der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten, die Natur zu genießen und die Nordlichter zu beobachten. Wir haben im Hotel zudem eine Snowmobil Tour gebucht, die wir ebenfalls nur empfehlen können.

Beautiful location, stylish rooms and excellent staff. The fine dining restaurant and its tasting menu was terrific. So was the food in the Lavvu restaurant although I hope they expand the menu to include more choices in the future. Breakfast was buffet and plentiful. We stayed a night at the Ice Hotel which was a fun experience. We also went on two excursions with them which we enjoyed. I write for the blog Paradox Travels and will do an extended review there. So if interested, look us up and read a more extensive review with photos there in the upcoming month.

We had an amazing experiance staying at Sorrisniva. The room was 10/10. Everything about our stay from the dinner at Maku to the drinks,the bed to the breakfast, was amazing. We will be back, and we will recomend this to everyone.

Great experience
I have seen a lot of hotels around the world. This hotel is a very special one. Excellent in all terms! Nature, rooms, food, service, set of breakfast, just name it! Well, if you need a tv-set in your room > this hotel is not for you. We were not even thinking about missing features! The photos will not give you the real picture and feeling of this great place!

Absolutely amazing!
We had an amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful and view from the room is just stunning. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Before arrival I contacted the reception and the helped us with a program, booked tours and activities and transport to/from the airport. The activities where uniq experiences like dogsledding and nothern lights tour. Hiking is also possible in the beautiful landscape. The breakfast is delicious and dinner in the Maku Restaurant is exatraordinary. I highly recommend to visit Sorrisniva.

Wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Fluss.
Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Fluss gelegen. Sehr leckeres Mehr-Gang-Abendessen mit tollem Fisch und leckeren Wein. Möglichkeit, eine Bootstour zu machen, die einmalig schön war! Das Hotel, der freundliche Service und die Umgebung sind sehr zu empfehlen. Alta selbst sonst nicht!

Hotel und Restaurant: TOP
Top Service, Zimmer sehr attraktiv, Lage direkt am Alta Fluss. Die Küche des Mavu Restaurants ist auf höchstem Niveau, Gourmet plus und auch regionale Produkte werden verwendet. Das Hotel hat für uns alles organisiert, wie beispielsweise eine Fahrt mit einem Holzboot ins Alta Canyon.

Fantastisk opphold ved elvebredden, fra vi kom og til vi dro dagen etter. Nydelig 8 retters i nyresturanten, med utmerket vinpakke til. Rommene var hærlige og med en nydelig frokost, stortrivdes vi. Juhu. Må gjentas!.
