Hotell nära Altamont Vineyard & Winery

“Convenient location. Good alternative to in town location at a better price. Pleasant staff. Easy check in. Quiet room, good coffee options.”

“Hotel is spotless and obviously new! Rooms are nice and comfy. The only issue we had was the people above us had a dog that was thumping on the floor until midnight and started again at 6 in the morning! Nothing the hotel could do about it but two nights of that was not ideal. We already booked the hotel for our trip next month so still a great find!”

“Great place with a great staff. Left my glasses and they went out of their way to get them back to me. Highly recommended.”

“Doubletree definitely prepped for homecoming wknd. The property has never looked better.”

“The location is nice right next to crossgates mall, but when I arrived they switched to a double queen size room when I ordered and paid for a king size bed. To be fair, they attempted to call me to tell me that the king size room wasn’t available but honestly, if it wasn’t available then it shouldn’t have been available to rent out. When I came back downstairs and inquired why I didn’t have a king size bed, the manager came out and arranged for me to have a room with a king size bed. I felt...

“El personal muy amable mas el señor de la recepción muy amable la verdad un gran ser humano”

“The drug dealer that sat out on the back steps all day with his phone and the random people walking by. The two girls out front with a shopping cart full of their belongings wanting g a ride and to use my phone when I arrived. The smell of air freshener was obnoxious. I am airing my clothes outside now. No coffee maker. No plug for the bathtub. Terrible bedding. They did not change my bed, clean or even take out the trash the 4 days I stayed! Floor wasn't clean.... I don't recommend this place.”

“No microwave in the room! Freeze not working condition! Room was not clean! Bathroom, sink, toilet was dirty ! Electric Outlet was not working properly! Approaching was no good of reception lady!”
