âWe've come out for my 30th had a meal in the restaurant. The staff were lovely the food delicious and they even sang to me for my birthday ! Our check in was fab they were very laid back as we were worried about timings because we had a gin tasting event we were going to first. The staff put us as ease when we spoke to them. We did get confused where to park so parked up the road instead of the car park as our satnav took us to the wrong side of the building. How ever the car is fine parked...

âI booked two nights for myself and my 12 yr old daughter. I was looking for somewhere with a bit of character, that was away from all the noise and bustle, had a good breakfast to set us up for the day and food available in the evening. I was not disappointed. The Weary Friar was such a great little find, a proper country pub with great food (nothing too fancy), friendly staff and peace and quiet to wake up to. Will definitely head there again!â
âWe booked a family suite which is lovely - very modern and tastefully decorated. A lovely tea/coffee area and bottles of water weee supplied. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! Would highly recommend this place - ideal for walkers. â
âLovely B&B. We were extremely pleased with our stay here. We were in a cozy double room with an en-suite. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The couple running the hotel were friendly and exceptionally hospitable. The included full English breakfast is fantastic. Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. The value for money is fantastic. It is a perfect location to explore Cornwall!â

Vi fick ett större rum ön vad vi hade bokat, precis ovanför stora salen med utsikt över havet och Tintagel.
Gamla fina möbler, stor skön himmelssÀng, soffa samt bord och stolar och gott om plats.
Det trista var vÀl toaletten/duschutrymmet som bestod av en plastkur som Àr installerad i rummet lÄngt senare Àn nÀr det byggdes. Den var trÄng och vÀldigt plastig och drog ner kÀnslan av gammal lyx.
Har flera gÄnger bott pÄ hotell, eller före detta pensionat, dÀr toaletterna Àr inbyggda efterÄt men pÄ ett bÀttre sÀtt Àn hÀr.
För övrigt Ă€r det ett fantastiskt hus, men en otroligt trevlig personal! Vackra rum och utrymmen och inom gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till byn med butiker och restauranger samt till Tintagel (som i sig sjĂ€lv inte var vad vi hade tĂ€nkt oss, men det Ă€r en annan historia đ).
Parkering finns utanför som Àr hotellets egna. Kan absolut tÀnka mig att sova dÀr igen ifall vi nÄnsin kommer Ät det hÄllet igen.
