"Vilket härligt litet hotell! Från det att vi klev in möttes vi av en personal som verkligen gick utöver det förväntade – varma, engagerade och alltid redo med ett leende eller ett bra tips om vad som fanns runt hörnet. Man kände sig sedd och omhändertagen genom hela vistelsen, aldrig bara som "gäst nummer x". Själva känslan i hotellet var otroligt mysig – ombonad inredning, ljussättning och små detaljer som gjorde att man direkt kände sig hemma snarare än på ett anonymt hotell. Precis den där avslappnade, genuina atmosfären man hoppas på men sällan hittar. Läget var också perfekt – nära allt man behöver, ändå lugnt och skönt att komma tillbaka till på kvällen. Lätt att ta sig runt till sevärdheter, restauranger och kommunikationer utan att för den skull ligga mitt i stöket. Sammanfattningsvis en toppenupplevelse – kommer definitivt tillbaka och rekommenderar varmt till alla som vill ha ett hotell med både hjärta och bra läge!"

"We have stayed at Villa Gadea for 25 nights over several trips this spring and summer. We have a house in Altea that is under renovation, and we've chosen this hotel for its excellent service and facilities while visiting during that time. Most of our stays have been very pleasant, but this last one was not. It is high season, and it felt like the staff was undermanned. There was mostly a long wait at reception, and the reception staff helped us with a restaurant reservation but booked the wrong date. The restaurant, only half full, was at first unwilling to take a drop-in of four — saying they were fully booked. After a while we got a table, and the restaurant never even filled up to half that evening. But the worst part was the room cleaning. For the first four nights we stayed in the newly renovated rooms, and it was a perfect stay. On our last night we had to move to one of the older (but still good) rooms. When we arrived, we found a lot of long hair on the bathroom floor — I mean a lot — and neither the sink nor the toilet had been properly cleaned after the previous guests. There was even a swimsuit still hanging on the balcony chair. It seems the staff was overloaded due to high season, but that's not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. We had two rooms for the family, and even the second room was not up to the cleaning standards we expect and hav experienced before at the same hotel. We still recommend the hotel and hope this was just bad luck — a one-time experience."

"Perfect location directly on the beach. You have what you need for your family vacation If you prefer city life inside the city, this is about 15-20 minutes by car. That worked well for us, but everything worked very well with the appartment. Suited us very well."
