I wrote a message the day before checkin and asked for a room with least number of steps due to my 83 year old husband's reaction to the altitude. They complied with a smile. The room was 101. “Besonders unfreundliche Angestellte, das Zimmer war unfassbar dreckig und verbraucht, die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt und nicht sauber, die Möbel war kaputt und nicht zu gebrauchen,die Mülleimer waren noch voll vom Vorgänger, die Mülleimer in der Toilette waren noch voll mit benutztem Toilettenpapier - einfach alles nur widerlich!!
Der Allgemeinzustand ist fatal. Alles so dreckig und verratzt!
