The staff was very nice. The front desk manager, Tommy, was very accomodating. We arrived late after the Penn State vs Oregon football game and he waited for our arrival which was after checking in time. Joanna, our housekeeper, was friendly.
Our room was not renovated at this time. The tv was very good and we appreciated the refrigerator with freezer for our perishable food.
One negative that we experienced was that our toilet did not efficiently flush. We only stayed one night, so this was not a major issued with us. We reported the deficiency so that it can be addressed appropriately.
We slept comfortably. we felt that this property was a great value for the price. We will stay in this property in the future. The owner is in the process of renovating the property and will improve the antiquated look of the rooms. We thought that the room was very clean and was smoke free which were important features for us.
