“Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. After starting our day in Dayton at 10am and now being told at 11pm that there was no room it couldn’t have been worse….until we found out they moved us to a hotel with a 6.8 rating and said they had made the reservation and paid for the room. “This is the second time within three years that I have stayed at the Drury Hotel Polaris. Both times have been such a pleasant surprise. The property and my rooms have been very clean, which is the most important thing for me. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners have been enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!”

“The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our room for two nights - king bed and a sectional couch. Loved the area and had many restaurants to pick from. Breakfast was also nice. Only downside was the bathroom was tiny! Had to step over toilet or into the shower to close the door! 😆”

“Staff was great. Room was good, no continental breakfast instead you need to purchase breakfast from the bistro within if you want. Bistro didnt have anything we asked for on the menu not even coffee. so walked across street to McDonald's. Parking spots are in short supply.”
