The Space
The house is located in the heart of the Valencian countryside, offering beautiful views and modern amenities among orange groves, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and a chance to unwind. It features a 2,000 m² lot with a fenced-in area for pets and an alarm system for when you’re away.

We’re located in La Barraca de Aguas Vivas, very close to the La Murta and La Casella nature reserves. For nearby activities, we recommend the numerous hiking and trekking trails through the La Murta nature reserve, Tallat Roig, the Porc Senglar Trail, and the Lántic Trenet de la Barraca nature trail.

Additionally, just 25 minutes away are the beaches of Tavernes and Cullera... And towns like Alzira and Carcaixent are very close by—just 4 minutes away—where you’ll find plenty of leisure and dining options; I’ll recommend places where you’ll get special deals if you mention we sent you.

The entire property is available for rent and features 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a terrace, and another with a trundle bed); in the living room, you can set up the sofa bed and another folding bed. These rooms have A/C, and the home is well-insulated for both summer and winter.

You’ll also find coffee capsules and charcoal for the BBQ (just bring your own grill), a mineral water dispenser, and Starlink satellite internet with speeds exceeding 450 Mbps and 20 ms latency—ideal for those who need reliable connections for both work and a game of Mario Party.

Outside, you’ll see that there’s plenty of outdoor space, both on the front porch—where there’s a ceiling fan and a retractable awning, perfect for staying in the shade during the summer— and you’ll see that by the pool there’s another bathroom with a shower next to the BBQ, along with a large umbrella covering the outdoor table; there are also gas cylinders and a burner for making a delicious fideuá or paella.

For lunches or dinners with more than 10 people, I have bar stools and folding camping-style tables.

In winter, two outdoor heaters and blankets are provided; there are outdoor spotlights, so lighting isn’t a problem.

As you may have noticed, I have several board games for entertainment, and the macaw you see is named Pepe.

Guest registration with Ses Hospedajes is mandatory; therefore, a few days before your stay, you’ll receive a link to complete the registration in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, dated October 26.

Large parties and “Medusa 2.0” are not permitted at the accommodation—including birthdays, family paella dinners, and the like. Things like that, yes…

Excessive noise and music are prohibited from 11:00 PM until 8:00 AM. There are decibel meters that will sound an alert. Please also try to respect siesta time on weekdays…
