1. NOBODY PUSHED YOU, WE CHECKED ALL THE VIDEOS SO WE ARE COMPLETELY SURE. The frame shows the night porter helping you to go into the lift and press the button because you weren't able to do it yourself, I guess because you enjoyed your evening ....... why should he do it ??? 2. YOUR DEPARTURE WAS ALREADY PLANNED with a transfer at 5:30 am, the reservation was already planned with departure on July 13th so you didn't change anything, I cannot understand why you write this review, NOTHING IS TRUE, what you say happened at 3 am because, in addition to not having a correct behavior, you were shouting while the other guests were resting, you wanted to let people coming into the room which were unrelated to your reservation, for law and security reasons we cannot allow it. The night porter ONLY DID HIS DUTY FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS. OUR HOTEL HAS WORKED FOR 18 YEARS IN A CORRECT AND PROFESSIONAL WAY, PLEASE READ ALL THE OTHERS REVIEWS AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT WE ARE DISCUSSING, before DIFAME someone you should reflect on your behavior, the only justification could be your young age, 20 years are few to reflect on the consequences of one's actions, obviously we will act accordingly.

Dear Guest, we are sorry you didn't like Amalfi but, it doesn't depend on us, maybe, you didn’t have time to really discover it because you’ve stayed just one night: 1) Parking is FREE and I guess, you find difficult to park because there is traffic along the street to drive up, I'm sorry but this is not our fault, if you don't want to drive in the traffic you can park at "LUNA ROSSA" parking, it costs € 20,00 per night. 2) I don't understand what you mean "Staff thinks they are helping you but don’t actually listen"....... we are here to help as much as we can, I really don't undestand what we did wrong for you ……...... we even gave you a FREE UPGRADE for the room to make your stay much more confortable….. 3) Just to be clear the church bell starts to ring at 7:00 a.m. but this is organized from the Church, we cannot avoid it, this is a traditional day start in all the small villages in Italy, anyway, we have very good windows, if you close it, it is quite. Your feedback doesn’t really concern the hotel, it is more about Amalfi, unfortunately we cannot controll and avoid it. Best regards Agnese
