In reality the steps for the room you have chosen are only 14 in total (to reach the structure we have a comfortable lift); finally I would like you to notice that we have offered you a convenient luggage transport service (which would have taken them directly to your garage) but you refused it and answered that there were no problems. We are very sorry that you are not satisfied, even if you have never shown any complaints during your stay. We have been doing our work very well for years. Maybe you were angry because you had to leave a day before (for your personal reasons) but for this we have no fault. For cancellation policy and well-written conditions on the portal you only paid the amount of your stay, as expected. No one has ever pressured you or kicked you out of your room, so much so that you left at 8:00 pm from it (so it's as if you had done the whole stay). The cleaning lady simply does her job and, as in all the facilities, knocks and asks if she can redo the room (yes was answered). For the keys we always give double copies when the guests ask for them and we advise them that they can have the extra copy at check-in (you have not requested them). Thanks anyway for having stayed with us.
