Cozy Little Retreat

My partner and I stayed here for his birthday trip and really enjoyed it! The cabin felt secluded and was surrounded by forest, and we loved spending time on the big porch enjoying the outdoors. The hot tub felt private too and was such a nice place to relax.We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially appreciated how well stocked the coffee bar was! The beds were comfy, having two bathrooms was nice, and both the AC and heat worked well. The owner was easy to communicate with and available if we needed anything.The road leading to the cabin is a little bumpy, but we took it slow and had no trouble in our car. We’d definitely love to come back and explore more of the area!

We had a three day stay with my brother and sister in law. They allowed pets which was great . The bedrooms were very nice and the bed was so comfy. My sister in law had the upstairs bedroom and said the same. Beautiful views and peace full. We had coffee on the deck every morning and just breathed in the calm. We took a walk to the lake every morning. House was very clean and the downstairs outside hot tub was nice. There is a screened in room you can access from outside we used once. It was such beautiful weather we chose the upper deck to stay out on. Would recommend as long as you are able to navigate stairs ( which are at a decent gradual decline) down to hot tub and screened in porch area which you can not access from the inside the house.Host was very responsive to emails and text. Coffee station is a nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Whispering Pines. One of the recommendations would be a gas grill and a little more patio furniture on upper deck. FYI road up to the cabin in Holiday Haven is a deteriorated and rutty so we made it with two wheel drive and you have to go slow.
