Hi Karin, so sorry you feel this way. My listing has a complete blue print of the home, with square footage on pictures. I plainly state it is not for toddlers and do not allow under the age of 2. It does have a gameroom complete with ping pong, rope horse shoes, washer board game, and fuseball table. I cant see how you did not find any of these ?Also state it is pier and beam house, that means it has a crawl space, not "trap doors." With 6 sets of stairs and not well suited for people with disabilities. You never let me know about air mattress till after your stay, and bought a new one same day. There was a brand new dish soap under the sink behind cleaning supplies. I have had this as a vacation rental 7 years and this is the worse review I have ever recieved. Wishwe would of met your expectations KARIN.

Victor I am sorry you had trouble with the stairs. My listing says the home has 3 stairs in multiple places. Even states that if you have a hard time getting around you probably want to choose another home. As for the beds I am surprised, I have 170 5 star reviews on the other booking site, majority of them talk about how comfortable the beds are.

Thank you for the review, weather has been a bit crazy lately in Amarillo. Just fyi, I am building a second bathroom with walk in shower along with a gameroom in the backhouse. I was hoping to be done with it before your trip, but looks like it will be April before it is done. Glad you had a good trip thank you!

Thank you for the feedback hilary. I was unaware the silverware had got so low. I have bought all new silverware 12 of each. I'm sorry you feel my listing is misleading I do advertise it as a loft in the description. However, for clarification the loft bed lays on carpet not wooden slats, and the only hole is where the staircase is. Possibly I will look into how to make the room more safe. However, I dont recommend small children being left unattended by stairs without an adult. I also provide pictures of every room so people know exactly what they will be arriving to. It's never my intention to be anything but clear on my listing, wish your stay for your last two guest would have been better, but I am always striving to make the home more comfortable for guest, so I appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for the review!!! Most of the home is newly remodeled and new with the exception of the bath tub and toilet. The bath tub is a 1942 cast iron tub, while I understand the tub looks like it has marks, it's where the white enamel has now worn down. No amount of bleach will fix it. However, I already have a contractor scheduled for the first of the year to install a new toilet, and sand and reglaze the tub. I wish your trip would have been after the last renovations, but I'm so glad you all had a good time. Please keep me in mind the next time you visit. Thank you!!!
