“I checked with the airport tourist assistance. They called Holiday inn, and a rep was sent to great us in the airport. My friend was handicapped, so it was very helpful for him to remain sitting until the rep arrived a few minutes later to show us the way.”

“Stayed there for one night due to a flight next morning. Pleasant stay and nice to not have to go the whole way in to town. Taxi cost 10 § and 8 § if the hosteria drives you. Ok breakfast and you can also order dinner which is totally fine as well. Good price compared to going down to Quito and the stay gave what we needed. Some waterproblems in our "bungalow" occasionally. The bungalow is more like a small cottage I would say.”

“The owners Roberto and Karen are absolutely wonderful. They offer amazing activities for a great price. Breakfast is included but lunch and dinner are available for a great price on site. The food is wonderful. There is a large pool that is great to swim in. The roads in the area are great for running and walking. The place is situated in a lovely area. ”

“Booked the room very last minute and it was very clean. The staff was very welcoming, and friendly. The place was safe. Will def come back! Friendly tip, since I didn’t read the rules before booking, make sure to take cash with you since they don’t accept credit cards. ”

“Very clean. Great staff, beautiful location. The sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and pool are in excellent condition. It’s a few blocks from the center of Vilcabamba with great views of the valley. Worth another visit. ”
