From the beginning the staff was very attentive about how we would be arriving to the hotel, and any accommodations they could make. Rooms were spacious and clean. The outside area of the hotel was beautifully kept clean. The pools were amazing my daughter had the best time. Rainer was the best, best customer service. ”

“They made my trip an amazing experience. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they made sure I had a great room with the best views of the resort. The food was amazing and I couldn’t complain about the amenities. There wasn’t necessarily a beach due some recent construction but other hotels have similar beaches. My favorite area of the resort is the pool on the 6th floor during sunset. I went to see the sunset every day. Staff was nice, friendly, and always happy to help. I have no complaints!”
