“The staff is what makes my review 5 stars. The housekeeping crew, Chrissy, always had a smile as she passed by and checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. Johny continued to check on us when we were poolside and delivered great food/drink service. Eric greeted us from the beginning and gave us the signature Alaia drink and conversed with us whenever we saw him. So pleasant to talk with him. “Beautiful well maintained hotel with several amenities. Restaurant and shops on site. Located in a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. They also offer diving and snorkeling excursions. Took snorkeling excursion to Mexico Rocks and had a great time. It can get a bit loud at times with airplanes flying by as its located close to small airport. Staff was helpful.”
