“Location was fantastic! Very short walking distance to beach, dive shop, multiple restaurants, stores, etc. AC worked great and ceiling fan in room, Lucky no one was checked in the closeby rooms in my hotel section so evenings were very quiet. Only downside was hot water didnt work in shower. My fault I never told them until I checked out since room temp shower water doesnt bother me much. “I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I recently stayed here and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and room was very well cleaned. “Firstly, Darryl, the property manager, does an exceptional job. He didn't just meet us and hand us a key. He personally gave us a tour of all the facilities and included a free Rum Punch at the wonderful TIKI bar on the premises while he gave us tips about the area. He also arranged taxis and a snorkeling trip. He was always available to handle anything we needed. He is the best property manager we've ever had.
