The living room and dining room are ideal for sharing moments together, while the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, etc.) allows you to cook just like at home.
The property features a total of four televisions, providing everyone with their own comfortable space.

On the ground floor, you will find a master suite (double bed 160x200 cm) with an en-suite shower room and toilet, as well as a second bedroom with a double bed 180 cm. A large, separate shower room completes this level. Upstairs, a dedicated children's area offers games, books, and a TV corner. A second master suite with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, shower room, and dressing room completes the sleeping area. You will also find a large recreation room with a foosball table and a home cinema area, furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, as well as a final bedroom, also with a 160 x 200 cm double bed.

The house has a total of three bathrooms and three toilets, offering optimal comfort for group stays.
The bedding has been carefully selected to guarantee quality comfort throughout your stay. Particularly well-suited for family stays, the house provides two cribs, two high chairs, and a baby bath for young children.

Please note, however, that a staircase without a handrail connects the ground floor to the upper floor, requiring extra supervision with children. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer is also available, ideal for longer stays.

Outside, the garden pleasantly extends the living spaces. You can enjoy a swimming pool (unheated), garden furniture, and a large table for sharing meals. An outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue completes this setup, perfect for sunny days. A ping-pong table is also available for friendly gatherings.

You'll find yourself 20 min from Villandry and Langeais, and around 30 min from Tours.

Getting around by car or bicycle is essential in the countryside.
