Charming house in the heart of Amboise's historic center

  • In the heart of the historic centre of Amboise, between the Royal Castle and Clos Lucé, my house offers a peaceful view of a courtyard lined with typical troglodyte houses.

    A 15-minute walk from the train station and with free parking nearby, it is the perfect place to explore the region, castles, vineyards and other curiosities of the region or discover the Loire by bike.

    As soon as you arrive, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen, ready to meet all your culinary needs. Adjacent to it is a dining room-library. You are invited to explore this literary and philosophical collection during your stay, respecting the works patiently collected here.

    A living room with a sofa bed awaits you, equipped with a TV for your entertainment, as well as a selection of board games for convivial moments.

    The upper floor houses two double bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a comfortable futon mattress. There is also a desk at your disposal.

    Amenities include a separate toilet and a functional bathroom.

Idéalement placé, à proximite du centre-ville, du château et du clos. Tres calme. Il y a juste un petit effort sur le ménage à faire. Fabien quii etait absent a veille à ce que tout se passe bien pour notre arrivée.
