“There was no food or coffee left when we went down at 9:30. Parking lot had the same water bottle out in the garage for three days. Trash in garage was overflowing.”

“The staff are awesome! Everyone I had interacted with was very polite and helpful. The room itself was, different. Windows next to the door allowed easy view into room,no curtains or blinds. I had to use a box to cover them. Several homeless people were on the property and I had one outside my door the 1st evening. I wasn't overly concerned for my well being, I would not recommend to single women or families.”

“Absolutely delightful B&B. Located in the center of town (but very quiet at night) near restaurants, lovely shops & excellent laundromat. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast, super welcoming hosts and staff. ”

“They only had one person working and it took waiting in line for 20 minutes to check in. Walked into the room to a broken window. Went back to talk to the receptionist after waiting for 30 minutes. They responded that they knew about the window. They had no other rooms. They said they gave me a refund but I have yet to see it.
