“The hotel felt like a 5 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful always with a smile. The room had lots of space and invluded all that was needed. The breakfast did not leave you hungry, rather the opposit in a healthy Way. Nothing seemed inpossible as the staff always helped out. ”

“It is in a very good location and the price in very affordable. The hotel had missed our reservation so the rooms were not ready when we arrived. We had to wait 20 min 4 a clock in the morning. They have breakfast for compensation but we were to tired to be able to use it. If you have a room facing the market it will get noice about 4-5 in the morning. ”

“Nice hotel with very friendly staff who helped me with tour booking and transfer to/from the airport. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and was freshly cooked every morning. Unfortunately, the Wifi was weak in the room and the TV didn't work. The area is ok with shops nearby. The Nairobi National Museum is a 20 minutes' walk from the hotel.”

“Vi valde detta som ett budgetalternativ då de flesta hotell i centrala Nairobi är dyra och hade inte så höga förväntningar. Det första som hände var dock att dörren till vårt rum gick i baklås efter att jag gått ut och min pojkvän var kvar där inne. Det tog lång tid och många personer innan de förstod att det inte skulle gå att låsa upp med nyckeln och att de var tvungna att bryta sig in i rummet. Efter att de lyckats (tog ca 45 min) fick vi ett nytt rum, men ingen övrig ersättning. Frukosten...

“Hotellet ligger endast en kvarts promenad från stadens centrum, enkelt att hitta dit. Hotellets service är mycket bra och personalen är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma.”
