“Poor service from the personnel. Service level lower than what I'm used to in Europe. Even though a beautiful and cool hotel, it's not modern. No USB ports in the rooms so bring a plug. The sound level in the room is really loud, 40 dB measured with my phone (comes from refrigerator, ventilation, AC). Sounds from other rooms and the hallway is really clear.”

“Hotel was nice just across the arena which was very convenient. Staff sometimes were a bit slow at checking us in and also miscommunication between the staff meant they couldn’t find one of our bags we left before check out but was sorted in the end. “There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

“It took moree than one hour until you could flush the toilet again. Due to that it was not filoing up and instead leaking. On the third day the keycards suddeny stopped working. Some of the frontdesk staff were rude and arrogant. Never agan!”
