La Maison Blanche 5 BDR w/ Sauna & Kayaks | SUPS

This is a 1.23 acres partially wooded piece of land with 110 feet of waterfront on the Apple River. This property is a mini resort where the land and some amenities are shared with the duplex cabin at the front of the property.

Feel free to use the gardens, two fire pits, wood burning sauna, kayaks, SUPs, and dock area.

This waterfront property is beautiful and the water is extremely clean and very swimmable. However the shoreline itself is a natural habitat for many aquatic and semi aquatic creatures and is not beach. Throughout the season weeds come and go and a county dredger is used to help with weed control. The little green duck weed is a sign of healthy water.

Water equipment is usually out between late April or early May through October. Certain equipment is not availability until June 1st for your safety.

The fire pit in the circle driveway is for those guests at that cabin above. Please use the one in front of your place down by the water. Anyone can use the fire pit in front of the sauna.

Please keep in mind that this is a multi unit property. This is not completely private. You do have most of the space but unless you hook the entire property, there is a good chance there will be other guests coming and going on the water and docks space which is close to the fire pit area. Think of this as a mini resort. Please also be understanding and respectful of the lawn care and gardeners. They may be in the property at any given time and work needs to get done to keep this place looking nice.

All maintenance, cleaning, and management live very close by. Please keep in mind that these folks are amazing but they also have families and lives and may not be available immediately upon request. They will do their best to be available.
