“Very disappointing. Several things are wrong with this so-called boutique hotel and spa. The offer room with fireplaces – which are an extra charge, of course. No firewood was provided. When we asked, they said they would not have firewood for another two weeks; then they changed the story to a 20 Euro charge for wood; then they showed us how to turn up the wall thermostat (!) And that’s just the beginning… The advertised “gym” is a single treadmill. The Hammam was out of order for two...

“They have some things to do better. It’s a new modern hotel with nice design. But they dont clean the rooms enough. I took a shower in the morning and in the afternoon when we came back to the room they didn’t even took the hair away from the bath and didn’t changed towels. The first day we arrived they had forgotten the sanitary paper in the toilet. They have a roof garden but they play music so high until 02.00 at least so we couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was good. ”

“Très bel hôtel, petit et cosy , literie extraordinairement confortable. Le petit déjeuner servi à table est fantastique mais il faut avoir faim (hors d’œuvre, plat d’œufs et desserts ) Seul l’environnement est moche (pas de vue sur le lac, immeubles en béton très miches) et c’est difficile de trouver une place de parking dans les rues je n’ai pas testé le spa ”
