Toilet was not flushing, shower barely dripping, and fridge was not working.

Thank you for choosing Aljamal hotel, We sorry for this, but do not fully agree with you. The fridge working, but when the employee came to your room, the fridge wire was pulled from the electrical outlet . The toilet faucet was naturally turned off and opened. While the pressure of hot water doubled after check it , the pressure in the room increased We sorry, as this bothers you, but it is not a malfunction thank you again We hope to see you again

Tout est extraordinaire, le service, l’accueil du personnel. Le débit d’eau de la douche est faible. Un conseil ne buvez pas l’eau du robinet. Merci à tous.

The most exciting and relaxation is the Jacuzzi, just choose the room with Jacuzzi and you will love that.

The chef was the best. He made delicious breakfast every morning and all the foods i liked to eat. The hotel is very comfortable. The housekeeping is great.

The chef is amazing. He made me special foods because I am vegetarian. The hotel is in a very nice location. Housekeeping comes daily. They are fabulous. I loved it.
