They tried but didn't get there.
+ * clean * Staff friendly minded - * Far from every thing * The rooftop bar don't serve coffee or Tea. ONLY Alcoholic drinks. * breakfast come ready on a tray (if there are no enough) customers. * When the buffet is there, it take 45 minutes untill they put things, and that means most of the guests took the little offered on the table and left. * The TV in my room on 2nd floor didn't work the entire stay. * The safety Box was out of function. * No hair dryer. They provided me with one after I asked for it.

Dear Mr. GabrielThank you for your comments which we do appreciate.The roof top is a lounge bar which serves a wide range of food and drinks but we do not serve tea or coffee. However if a guest does ask the request is entertainedRegarding the breakfast tray it was provided at your own request since you first requested a breakfast box due to your early morning check out after which you asked for a breakfast tray as you wanted to have your breakfast prior to leaving.The buffet is prepared with a variety of items as early as 7a.m and is complimented with a standing chef who does live cooking.The TV in your room yes it had some technical problem which our front office staff offered you another room till the issue is resolved.I will investigate the issue of the safety box and revert again to your goodselfMeanwhile I thank you for your stay .

Bra uteplats
Enkelt hotell men med en mysig uteservering och pub. Personalen dock inte så service minded. Vissa rum håller på att byggas om, mögellukt i badrum. Sparsmakad frukost. Bra läge, lugna kvarter, nära centrum.

Du bon et du moins bon. Hôtel assez excentré du centre-ville mais situé dans un quartier calme. Expérience exceptionnelle au niveau du rooftop. Pour le reste, rien d'exceptionnel. Il ne faut pas être pressé pour le petit déjeuner. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y a pas de parking privatif. Le personnel n'est pas toujours très aimable ...

The location is well indicated on the site and we are in the diplomatic area. The breakfast is a buffet and is commended by all guests as it is also complimentary

Nice hotel in Amman
This is a nice hotel, the staff were great. There is a club in the bottom and a bit noisy on Thursday nights, lots of cigarette smoke in the air as well. Otherwise all good.

Good for what it is
This is not a luxury hotel, a 3 star rating is about right, but it is good for a hotel in that category. The (non-smoking) room was comfortable, clean and reasonably well-equipped. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Room service was good, quick and cheap. The air con was quiet and effective in keeping the room warm at a cold time of year. The drawbacks: not particularly great bathroom; noise from nightclub (though generally not that bad); very limited choice of English language channels on TV; occasionally unreliable and slow WiFi. I chose the hotel because I needed to be close to the Al Khalidi Hospital. If that had not been the case, I probably would not have chosen the area. It has some good restaurants but not much else to offer.

Good value for money and friendly staff
I only stayed one night. The staff is very helpful, professional and friendly. They gave a choice of two different rooms, which I appreciated. There are some very good (upmarket) restaurants in the area. The location is close to the 3rd circle, but in a quiet street away from traffic. I made use of the transfer service to the airport (30JD). Although they have a very busy restaurant attached to the hotel, the room I had was very quiet, with no noise disturbance.

Basic hotel but very noisy
Stayed here one night on a Monday in August, and the room was basic and a bit dirty, but okay for the price. Did not realise that the hotel was above a bar/night club. It was very noisy until about midnight. Staff were friendly enough. The breakfast was not amazing, as they were cleaning up from the night before, and there were no other guests around.

Praktisk og sentralt hotell med store rom
Hotellet er sentralt og det er enkelt aa finne taxi. Rommene er store og rene, og hotellet er generelt praktisk og komfortabelt. Verdt pengene.

Was very bad hotel.... They are not polite they asked for marriage proof ... I am very angry cause was tired after long trip....and I had to leave it

boutique hotel, a great find
What a gem! It deserves a higher rating. Location is excellent in safe neighborhood near embassies. Right off of the third ring, one can walk to rings one and two easily, as well as rainbow street. The rooms are lovely-- large rooms, comfortable beds, large bathrooms and showers. It is very clean. It feel like a boutique hotel and the staff are lovely.

It is not the first time that I stayed in the hotel; I found out that some services/facilities were less well than before, like breakfast and in the bathroom; having said that, I nevertheless enjoyed my stay.

We stayed there in Feb., 2014, low season. As we were travelling extensively in Jordin, it was a place to rest. While the carpets looked very worn, and there could be more TLC on the rooms, it was o.k. for what were doing. We did find the rooms a bit cool bordering uncomfortable, but that could be down to the time of year we stayed there. English T.V. very limited.

Week at the Hisham
Staying at the Hisham was absolutely marvelous. The front desk and restaurant staff were excellent and the location of the hotel couldn't be better. It's a small boutique style hotel and you get very personal service. The one challenge I did encounter was that some of the bar staff were rather unprofessional. But the hotel staff makes up for it by their outstanding service!

They must only had a few rooms sold when we were there so they decided to keep all the hallway lights OFF everywhere even at the lobby and on our floor. Our rooms were ok for the price, we were not expecting much. But it was definitely not a 3-star quality. The front desk clerk did not charge us the exact room price as quoted (pennies off but still), when we asked he just lied. Later we found out that there is something with the visa card company not allowing 2nd decimal charges to be processed, but they should have been honest about explaining that (better, if they make sure to accurately quote the final price with tax.)

USP of Hisham
Please do not expect the hotel to be in the same condition as the photographs on the website. The hotel was centrally located and when we entered the lobby we noticed that it was darker than most hotels we have stayed. Luckily staff speak good English which helps a lot in moving around the hotel. The benefits are really basic and for the price we paid, we felt that it could have done a lot better. When we arrived in the room, we found that the Wifi was extremely slow from the rooms and the furnishings were really basic. The only english channel available in the room was BBC. Washrooms in case of double-bed rooms are extremely small and AC adjustments do not work. Next day we went for breakfast where we had very limited options as we were vegetarians and although the breakfast timings are 7:30 am to 10:30, I shall suggest to it as early as possible because items get exhausted and hte hotel is not obliged to replenish items on request (esp. for die-hard vegetarians like me). The only silver lining was that all major landmarks are at a reasonable distance from the hotel and it really felt christmassy during our stay there......

Her hadde vi det veldig bra. Rent både på rommet og ellers på hotellet. Betjeningen var veldig hyggelige og serviceinnstilte. Beliggenheten var helt grei, billig med taxi til sentrum. Litt støy fra baren men vi var jo på ferie så det var ikke noe problem for oss og de stengte jo kl.24. Minuset må være, hvis det er noe minus, at internett kun var gratis første døgnet, deretter må det betales pr. dag eller for resten av oppholdet. Skal vi til Amman igjen kommer vi til å bo på Hisham.

Comfortable and convenient
The hotel was located within walking distance of the wedding I was attending. It was quaint and comfortable, but a little pricey - but it seems all of Jordan is expensive, so comparitively within reason. I loved the outdoor dining area.

Very good hotel in Amman, Jordanm
My family just returned from a 3 night stay at the Hisham Hotel in Amman, Jordan. We were extremely pleased with the hotel - small, boutique feel, lovely outdoor eating area, (and surprisingly good food!) super-friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms, very nice bathrooms, clean, quiet and very conveniently located. We would recommend this hotel with absolutely no hesitation to anyone visiting Amman.

ラマダン入り直後の2011年8月1日から3日まで滞在しました。 （部屋について） ホテルの部屋数自体はそれほど多くなく、私が宿泊したシングルルームは、広くはないものの、大人一人が過ごすには十分なスペースでした。部屋は、スタイリッシュに整えられています。部屋は快適ですが、シャワーの排水がスムーズにいかないのとシャワーカーテンが短かったのが、残念でした。 （レストラン・バー） レストランやバーも併設されており、メニューも豊富です。ラマダン期間中なので、アルコール類は提供されませんでしたが、日没後涼しい中テラスで頂く夕食も美味しかったです。 （立地） ホテルは、第３サークルのフランス大使館にほど近く、市内（ローマシアター）までタクシー利用で、時間は約10分、費用はメーターで走って1.2ディナールでした。地図で見るとホテルの周りには何もないように見えますが、実際には商店・レストランや銀行があり、市内まで足を延ばさなくても日常の用事には事足りそうです。 （スタッフ） フロント・守衛・メイド・レストラン等、どのスタッフも態度良く、常に笑顔で対応。ヨルダンのホスピタリティか。 （その他） 私は利用しませんでしたが、フロントの方にお願いすれば、ペトラをはじめヨルダンの他の都市への小旅行のアレンジもしてくれるそうです。 値段の割に、快適に過ごせる閑静な住宅街にあるホテル。皆さんにもぜひお勧めします。

The Hisham Hotel is a great mid-range place to stay. The rooms are adequate and comfortable. The leafy patio is nice for a drink, nargileh or mezza. And the breakfast in the morning is very good. There are a couple great restaurants in very short walking distance from the hotel. The hotel service is above expectations and staff are very friendly and helpful.
