You are right that there was no problem with your reservation when you messaged us, yet, the mistake happened around 11 pm at night as we contacted you and we tried all the possible ways to contact you and nothing worked; as we have offered you through Expedia to give you another accommodation and we tried to do that upon your arrival. Hopefully, in the future, this won't happen again yet it is a system and these things have a slight chance to happen. We apologies dearly.
