Okej boende centralt
Centralt läge vilket dock kan bli lite stökigt om man själv inte är med och festar med de andra på gatan. Vi fick ett rum som var oacceptabelt skitigt första natten och fick byta andra natten, da va inte så vi tänkt oss vår vistelse.

Superbra läge och vänlig personal
Hade en väldigt bra vistelse på hotellet. Väldigt vänlig och serviceminded personal som även hjälpte till med utskrifter. Rummet var bra, fräscht badrum och supersköna sängar. Dock ofräscha gardiner, tuggummi satt fast på fjärrkontrollen och det fanns någon enstaka fläck på lakanet. Man ska tänka på att rummen inte har någon AC om man åker under sommarmånaderna. Vi hade dock lagom varmt i runmet

Very small rooms but good location
Room was much much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. It was almost not enough space to walk arround the bed. Very bad sound proofing towards street also. Otherwise nice and helpfull staff and very good location.

Väldigt bra läge, gångavstånd till många sevärdheter. Levde upp till förväntningarna. Ingen hiss, så om du har begränsad rörlighet kan det bli jobbigt. Men ett trevligt hotell, rekommenderar det!

Enkelt hotell i centrala Amsterdam
Fyra nätter var lagom både för vistelsen i Amsterdam och på detta hotell. Inget märkvärdigt boende med inte heller undermåligt. God service och det som sades skulle ingå gjorde även det. Gällande städning hade en något noggrannare dammtorkning uppskattats. Det är bra att vara medveten om att en hel del ljud från närliggande Leidersstraat (stor gata) letar sig in i hotellrummet långt inpå natten. Men man får inte glömma fördelarna med hotellets centrala läge.

Poor condition but good location
Only one good thing about this hotel - the location! Do not trust the pictures, don't book it if you can't handle steep stairs without any elevator! Room was not cleaned daily and in poor condition. Will not book it again due to this and its overprice!

Inget vidare hotell! Riktigt små rum som var smutsiga (endast sängen va ren) och inge vidare bra alls! Hela hotellet va ganska sunkit och ingen vidare trevlig personal heller. Området var helt okej, låg bara några meter in från shoppinggatan och de va nära till allt. Hotellet serverade inte frukost vilket va ett minus! Inget hotell jag skulle rekomendera!!!

Not like advertised
The room was smaller that the one i have reserved and paper walls, you could hear every little thing from the next room. The road in front of the hotel was under work so you hear every noise. We leave the hotel right after even knowing i won't have a refund for my two nights.

Our stay in Amsterdam only lasted three nights but it was a memorable experience for bad reasons. During our stay, the temperature in Amsterdam was consistently 30° at a high, our room was at the 4th floor with no air conditioning and facing the afternoon sun. Our room became an oven in the night time that we had no choice but to stay in. If not for a hard-working fan in the corner of the room we couldn't have stayed there without risking heat stroke. On top of that, there was no elevator which is mentioned no where on their Expedia page. We paid about $600nzd (~€300) for a twin room which was more cramped than a shoebox, and not at all what we expected from the photos on Expedia. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the location was very good. But if you're coming to Amsterdam in the summer or the early autumn stay away, it's dangerously hot.

This is a very solid hotel. Front desk staff is extremely helpful. Cleaning staff likes to clean every day. It's an old building, it makes sense. Wifi is good. Bring your own towel. Bring Flip Flops. The location is excellent. Food everywhere. Tram. Museums. Sheets are worn but clean.

Stay there after knowing the facts !
Hotel location is ok where it is close to shops and restaurants. However, the hotel is not having an elevator which very bad when you are given a room in the third floor, so imagine dragging your luggage all the way up. Also, in the details written in hotels it is mentioned that they are having safes available in the room, which is not true at all. If your visit is in Summer, stay away as there is no air conditioning and windows are not designed in a good way to provide proper ventilation.

Central beliggende, uden komfort
Centralt beliggende hotel med venligt personale. Værelset var dog beliggende i kælderen, med et fælles toilet der blev brugt i løbet af natten, hvilket generede meget. Derudover lugtede kloakken lidt.

MEGET lille værelse og INGEN nødudgange
Meget lille værelse 6-7 m2, hvor døren til værelse gik op i den ene seng. Vinduerne kunne ikke åbnes og der er INGEN nødudgange! Kun trappen op til værelserne. 06.25 fik brandalarmen - vores værste skræk! Den var heldigvis falsk - ellers var vi nok indebrændt. Mon det er lovligt ikke at have nødudgange? Meget støj fra gaden. Ligger central i Kanalkvarteret og tæt på sporvogn
