A great stay!
We had a great stay at Paul and karens bnb! Paul was very polite, nice and also very helpful, providing us with maps, tips and explained how to get around etc. I found the location was really nice and calm and i really enjoyed the walk through vondelpark to get to the city center and the tram stop was also just a short walk away. The breakfast served every morning was lovely! I really can’t complain on anything, will definitely stay there again if I come back for another visit to Amsterdam and i will definitely recommend!!

Vi vill tillbaka
Vår första resa som familj och vi kunde inte fått det bättre. Väldigt familjärt mottagande av ägaren Paul med jättefin frukost varje morgon som väntade utanför dörren. B&B hade jättebra läge med många mysiga restauranger och när till centrum. Vi vill tillbaka.

Great B&B; friendly and accomodating hosts and employees, great breakfast, cute and cosy room and house, calm area with many restaurants nearby. We walked into town every day and then took the tram back in the evening.

Charming and friendly place
This is a very charming place and we received a very warm welcome by Paul upon arrival. It is easy to get there from the airport and after booking we received an email from the B&B with all the necessary information, including how to best get there. The room was not very big but you definitely had all you needed. Nice and clean. The best part was breakfast! Every morning at 9 you would hear a knock on your door followed by a cheerful "Good morning! Breakfast is ready!" and a tray with a surprise breakfast would be waiting right outside your door. Just bring it in and you can enjoy breakfast in bed. Location is not right in the centre, it took about 20 min to walk through Vondel park and into the museum quarters. It is a nice walk, but after walking around all day a tram ride home might be necessary. The tram stops not far from the B&B. There are plenty of restaurants just around the corner and there is a grocery store down the road which is very convenient. We had a late flight home but could leave our luggage at the B&B after check out to pick up later which was good. All in all this is a very friendly and charming place and you really feel like you are a guest in their home. We would recommend this place and would stay here again. Stayed here for one night with my wife and two children. We were all very satisfied with our stay. Easy to access by car. Parked just outside. Located in a calm area close to Vondelpark. Paul & Karen were lovely. The room was clean and felt really welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.

Jättetrevligt!
Jag och mina 4 kompisar bodde här i 4 nätter. Vi har absolut inget att klaga på. Varje morgon kommer det upp en rejäl frukost med nyköpta / ny lagad mat placerad på en bricka utanför dörren. I beskrivningen stod det att det skulle finnas mjölk och müsli, så det var vad vi hade väntat oss. Vi blev väldigt positivt överraskade när det kom upp så mycket god mat. Man får även rummet städat varje dag, råkar du ha kläder liggandes framme så blir de snyggt och prydligt ihop vikta och placerade på din säng. De ställer även fram lite små godis och annat trevligt åt en. Det var riktigt bra service! Det är nära till spårvagn, (10 min med spårvagn nr 2 så är man i centrala Amsterdam) nära till den största parken i Amsterdam, nära till Amsterdams bästa indonesiska restaurang Blauw. Området är lugnt, det är väldigt lite biltrafik, men det ska sägas att det är mest cyklar och mopeder i denna stad i alla fall. Allt som allt: Supermysigt! Trevliga ägare. Supergod och lyxig frukost. Vackert beläget.

Amsterdams bästa boende
Vi har absolut inget negativt att säga om detta boende. Jag och min mormor besökte Amsterdam under 5 nätter och är helnöjda. Läget är bra, en promenad på 2km genom den berömda Vondelpark eller en snabb spårvagnsresa på ca 10min och du har hela Amsterdam framför dig. BnB är skofritt vilket kändes jättefrächt i och med att det var heltäckningsmatta överallt. Lugn och mysigt område med väldigt lite biltrafik (det är sant som alla säger, det finns bara cyklar i Amsterdam). Paul och Karen som driver stället är jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma och trots att det inte finns reception är de tillgängliga på telefon dygnet runt. Och så har vi mitt absolut bästa och det var frukosten. Stadig och rejäl frukost med lite av varje och en liten överraskning varje dag. Dessutom kom frukosten serverad på en bricka utanför dörren så man kunde äta frukost i sin pyjamas på rummet. Detta boende är värt varenda krona och så mycket mer. Tror inte ni kan hitta ett trevligare ställe att bo under er vistelse i Amsterdam!

Great choice instead of an ordinary hotel.
This is a bed and breakfast, so you have to keep that in mind when you set scores. My scores are considering that this is a b'n'b. It has friendly staff, and a good location next to the city's biggest park and 1,5 km from the party areas. Our room was big and nice. The downside was that the toilet, shower and sink are in 3 different rooms, very unusual. Also, the wifi is extremely slow, but on the other hand it's a bnb, so you cannot make the same requirements as of an hotel. The breakfast was excellent, you won't be getting anything that nice in many hotels! Bnb's are nice because you don't always get the same type of boring hotel room as in your average low/medium-priced hotel. We goot a room with personality and uniqueness. I can recommend this place!

Stället är mycket charmigt, ligger i ett lugnt och trevligt område (perfekt cykelavstånd från absoluta centrum, 5-10 minuter genom Vondel Park). Värden Paul var dessutom väldigt trevlig och service minded. Rekommenderas varmt!

Mycket trevligt och bra boende. Strax utanför centrala delar gör att man kommer bort från den intensivaste kommersen men är ändå nära då man når dit med en kort cykeltur. Rummet var rimligt och med en generös frukost.

Fantastisk service
De gjorde verkligen "det lilla extra" och ger en mycket bättre frukost än mjölk och flingor som står i hotellbeskrivningen. De ställer fram det på en bricka utanför dörren! :) Helt ok skön säng. Men rent och fint, nära den vackra parken Vondelpark. Framförallt fantastiskt bemötande av Paul och bra uppstyrt med information om hur man tar sig dit.

Friendly and welcoming
All in all the hotel was great and Paul (owner) told us everything we needed to know upon arrival. Moreover the hotel is very clean and the room cleaning was excellent. Four out of five because it was a bit too eash to hear the room neighbors and people out on the street. Can really recommend this place!! :)

Hjälpsamt värdpar och härliga rum i genuina kvarter. Underbara morgonpromenader i näraliggande Vondelpark till rekommenderad frukostbistro. Bra kommunikationer för den som hellre åker spårvagn. Återvänder mer än gärna till Sloterkade om resan går tillbaka till Amstredam.

Very nicely decoratively and thoughtfully appointed apartment in a great location. There are restaurants and other amenities, including the fabulous Vondelpark, steps from the front door. The front door is across the street from a canal and is next to a busy restaurant, but the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Pleasant, helpful owners.

It was at the end of beautiful Vondel Park that is over a mile long & we walked it each day coming & going. The park was filled with runners, walkers, & of course bicyclists. If you want to be in the center of all attractions then this is not close for you. But we enjoyed the opportunity to walk through the park every day to the attractions. The property itself was super clean, had a wonderful breakfast each morning. Rooms or nicely decorated and very roomy.
