Great Neighborhood
Host was wonderful and helpful with tip to get around. The little pub down the street was friendly and the food great at a very good price. It was easy to get into Central Amsterdam, however you probably only want to do it once a day. We found that after a day in the Central City we were too tired to return at dinner time. Dining choices near the flat are plentiful and very good. Pizza down at the corner, and a 10+ minute walk to Lowlander is well worth the effort. Flat was clean, neat, comfortable and well equipped.

Perfect Appartment in Nice Sourrounding
We had a very nice stay in this apartment. It's well located outside from the busy city center in an interesting part of the city. The apartment is as shown in the description and was very clean and well maintained. The communication with Willemijn was friendly and welcoming.

Le logement est adorable et l’hôte très sympathique. Nous avons êtes très satisfait de notre séjour. Il faut compter bien 20 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le ferry menant au centre mais la balade est sympa et avec des vélos cela doit être parfait.

Clean and Cozy
Cute little apartment within walking distance to the metro! We were easily able to get to the city center to explore. The apartment was the perfect place to relax and wind down after a long day. The space was clean and cozy with everything you’d need. Our host was very communicative and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful
We loved our short stay at Willemijn's lovely apartment top floor apartment. The location was a 10 minute walk to the metro station which was one stop from Amsterdam City Central. The apartment was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything needed. The balcony overlooking the garden and greenspace was wonderful. Willemijn was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay again!

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im ruhigen Stadtteil Noord. Man kommt gut in 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt und in der Nachbarschaft gibt es alles, was man braucht. Einzig ein wenig mehr Geschirr und Besteck hätten wir uns gewünscht.

We stayed in Willemijin’s lovely little apartment this past week while we attended a world event our daughter was involved in. Location was great and a really nice break after a long day but it was still super convenient to the metro which was easy to take and we rode it everywhere. Get a GVB multi-day pass and can purchase them at the airport or at each metro station (or online). Our host was really kind and informative about the area. She met us as we checked in and the apartment had everything we needed, beds were comfy and shower was hot. Unfortunately, the weather was dreary and rainy all week but of course you can’t predict that and we still saw all the things, umbrellas were a must and you can buy them anywhere. We spent lots of time downtown and in Zuid where the events where, did a canal cruise, experienced This is Holland, took the train to spend a day in Haarlem, walked through Madam Tussaud's and visited the Artis Zoo. Dispute the weather, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here for comfort, convenience, quiet and kindness. Thank you Willemijin!

Fantastic stay in North Amsterdam
We just completed a lovely 3-night stay at this property. Willemijn was a wonderful host, and her place met all of our needs and expectations. Situated in North Amsterdam, it only takes about 10 or 12 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station, and from there it’s a short ride (one stop) to Amsterdam Centraal. After long days of sightseeing, we found the calm and quiet atmosphere of Willemijn’s neighborhood to be the perfect respite for a little downtime and a good nights’ sleep. We were particularly enamored with the second floor balcony, where we could enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while taking in the charming view of the gardens behind her home. It felt safe and secure, with plenty of privacy. We took the entire upstairs area, which can be locked away from the rest of the house if you like. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals for ourselves when we wanted to. All in all, this was a great find and we’re happy to give Willemijn a strong recommendation. Thank you!

Magnifiques séjour chez Willemijn
Petite maison super cosy, et agréablement décorée, dans un quartier bucolique et très calme à une station de métro du centre. Une terrasse ensoleillée vous attend pour vous délasser. Willemijn vous accueille avec chaleur, en français, elle vous explique tout, même les trucs et les machins😄. La literie est nickel et de très bonne qualité. Perfekt für einen Stadtetrip mit der Familie
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ein Bäcker und verschiedene Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war wunderbar. Immer wieder gerne!

A wonderful stay!!
Willemijn was a fantastic host and we loved both the location and unit. Willemijn not only allowed us to check in early (because of a prior tour in the city) she also helped collect a lost item from the taxi. The unit was wonderful as well and we especially loved the local bakery just down the street. We hope to visit again!

Fabulous location to visit Amsterdam
This property is north of Amsterdam, but in a beautiful leafy location. It is ideal to travel into Amsterdam, or to visit the nearby countryside and lovely villages. It has everything you need for a very relaxed stay and I would highly recommend it.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Amsterdam! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und idyllisch in einem Wohngebiet. Sie ist äußerst geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, um sich dort auch selbst zu versorgen, wenn man dies möchte. Es ist sehr sauber und man kann sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilft einem gerne weiter. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich Bäckereien, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Mit der Metro oder der Fähre ist man schnell im Zentrum. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Home Away from Home
This lovely property was more than enough room for the 3 of us. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and looking into the lovely back yards and treed area. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Only issue was we decided to walk from the station , hauling our luggage. The bumpy brick road and the heat made for an arduous walk- take an Uber- it is a long way….but well worth it! Friendly people, great uber drivers (once we figured out the system) make this a very wonderful place to stay- away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Would definateky book again.

Lovely location and very pleasant hosts
This is a lovely place to stay. The bathroom is enormous and the kitchen well stocked. Although having a toaster would have been wonderful. Beds were ok. Queen bed had a hump in the middle and the sofa bed needs a two inch memory foam so you do not feel the seams of the cushions. Everything else was wonderful. So nice to come home to calm neighbourhood after the cram and bustle of downtown Amsterdam. Would definitely stay at again.

Comfortable, clean and cozy
We had a lovely week-long stay in this clean, charming and spacious little apartment. I found it larger than pictures suggest. The living room has a separate door which was great for privacy (we were a couple plus one single adult). The neighborhood is quiet, family-oriented and picturesque. Willemijn is a friendly, caring host; quickly responsive yet not intrusive (she lives in lower part of this well-kept historic home). She even helped get us COVID test kits when we had trouble finding them. Our only regret is that we weren’t able to make use of the pretty balcony due to wet weather. Would happily stay again.

Wunderbar!
Wir hatten einen tollen, gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Haus. 2 helle geräumige Zimmer mit entweder Blick auf die hübschen Nachbarhäuser oder ins Grün des Vliegenbos. Herrliches helles Bad mit Top Dusche und kleine Küche zum gemütlichen Sitzen/Essen. Es ist an alles gedacht, was man benötigt. Unsere Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hat stets gute Tipps. Herzlichen Dank für diesen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung ausdrücklich!

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieterin, Lage viel besser als man denkt (nahe Amsterdam, sehr ruhig, Kanarienvögel schwirren abends rum, guter Pub in der Nähe mit Aussenplätzen am kleinen Hafen), die Wohnung ist sehr edel, sehr gemütlich, sehr sauber. Nur zu empfehlen, obwohl sie abseits erscheint.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Alles war blitzeblank und die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette Frau. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, schnuckeligen Straß. Mit der UBahn ist es nur 1 Station bis zum Zentrum. Das Bad ist sauber, neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist klein und zwei Kochplatten und es ist alles vorhanden um kleine Gerichte zu kochen.

Kurzurlaub in Amsterdam
Die kleine, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bietet mehr als genug Platz für eine dreiköpfige Familie und liegt günstig, um mit der Bahn in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Schöne Wohnung in einer Seitenstrasse gelegen
Wir sind zu dritt aus Deutschland nach Amsterdam mit dem Auto/Flugzeug gekommen. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze die pro 24 Stunden ca. 8 Euro kosten.Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr nett,hat uns alles erklärt (spricht gut Deutsch). Apartment war wunderbar; Küche, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Bettcouch und eine sehr schöne Terrasse.Badezimmer ist sehr groß mit allem ausgestattet.Die Lage war hervorragend. Zu Fuß 5 min. bis zum Bus Nr. 35,dann mit Metro zum Hauptbahnhof. Genial. Oder mit Bus Nr. 38 bis zu Fähre. Kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Gerne wieder...
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und erhielten gleich wertvolle Ausflugstipps. Die Wohnung war sauber und hat uns gut gefallen. Toll war, dass uns einige Lebensmittel zum Frühstück bereit standen. Küche und Esstisch sind klein, waren aber für uns total ausreichend. Schlafräume sind angenehm groß. Den Weg zum Zentrum empfanden die Kinder als etwas zu weit - ist aber machbar. Falls wir wieder einmal nach Amsterdam kommen, dann gerne wieder in dieser Wohnung.

Gemütlich bei toller Lage
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, fanden diverse Leckereien und Getränke zum Verbrauch vor und fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Die Wohnung ist in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auf einen tollen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Der Weg in die Stadt ist unkompliziert, ca. 20 Minuten , wobei man die Wahl zwischen Metro oder Fähre hat. Danke noch mal, liebe Willemijn.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Wir haben hier ein langes Wochenende verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht! Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und bis zur kostenlosen Fähre die zum Hauptbahnhof fährt sind wir 30 Minuten gelaufen (Bus- und Metro-Anbindungen sind in 10 Minuten erreichbar). Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer schnell und freundlich :) Wir können die Ferienwohnung absolut weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hervorragende Lage, super bequem!
Wir sind zu dritt von München nach Amsterdam mit dem Auto gekommen. Direkt vor dem Haus haben wir einen Parkplatz UMSONST gehabt. Unsere Gastgeberin war super, hat uns alles erklärt (spricht gut Deutsch). Apartment war wunderbar; separate Küche, separates Schlafzimmer, separates Wohnzimmer und eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Betten sind sehr bequem gewesen. Badezimmer ist sehr groß mit allem ausgestattet. Die Lage war hervorragend. Zu Fuß 10 min. bis zum Metro und dann eine Station bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Genial. Oder mit dem Bus Nr. 35 bis zum Metro oder Bus Nr. 38 bis zu Fähre (umsonst Transport auf der andere Seite).Wenn wir wieder nach Amsterdam kommen, nehmen wir bestimmt diese Unterkunft. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert.

An exceptional place to stay!!
An excellent property for anyone visiting Amsterdam. Located very close to bus to Central Station. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil!
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Straße mit vielen kleinen alten Häuschen, ist individuel und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und ein sehr schönes neues Bad mit Wanne. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert.
