Kul men stressig personal med noll service förmåga
Väldigt fint och kul hotell, dock så var personalen väldigt stressig och hade en väldigt låg service nivå, om någon alls.

Great experience with very friendly staff! Clean room and bathroom. A plus was the 24/7 convenience store by the lobby. Since I had a late checkin and early checkout it was great for grabbing something to eat.

Very good hotel with fantastic staff
We had a very nice stay at this hotel, good service and fantastic and helpful staff. It was nice and interesting to see onside a real airplane parked at the hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient! We will come back!

This property while close to airport had expensive, limited dining options. We ate from the convenience store in the lobby. The room started out with the pull out bed not working , they remedied this with a roll away bed. Make sure you ask where they intend to place you in the main hotel or the apartments. This was a bit of a shock. If you have children there really isn’t a lot of privacy leaving the shower.

The hotel is designed beautifully and can be slow to check in due to passengers from flight cancellations. The food is good and the Sky bar has fantastic views. The free shuttle bus from the airport is a winner whether you are checking in or need to connect to go to town. It's about a 15-minute walk to a small shopping centre with AH, Lidl and restaurants.

A lovely hotel with very good facilities. Easy access to the airport and can take a train from there straight into central Amsterdam. Good mix of food choices and places to eat, both the Bistro and the buffet in the main restaurant was amazing. Good value and very tasty, with very friendly waiting staff. With the Skybar, you have the option to go somewhere a bit livelier than just the bar on the ground floor. Would definitely use this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Als je van of naar Schiphol moet dan is dit hotel uitstekend geschikt. Auto kan op het parkeerterrein blijven staan. Je ziet de startbaan vanuit je hotelkamer. Kamer is heel netjes, goede bedden, heerlijke douche en als je wilt een spa. Je gaat lekker relaxed op vakantie.

We really liked the Skytop Bar & dining facility, despite very rainy weather. Beautiful views. My only complaint is that at night the lights in the bathroom and toilet don't have a dimmer function or a night lite setting. When you enter the toilet to pee in the middle of the night (many of us) it's blinding. The bed is very comfortable and the shower great.

Loved the hotel very clean, cool and accommodating. The staff was very helpful, and friendly. The breakfast wasn’t what I expected but it was still good. I wouldn’t pay the extra price to include it. Love the shuttle service to schiphol.

El lugar está muy bonito aunque no es dentro del hotel propiamente esta frente al hotel en tres pasos y es un mini departamento, la limpieza súper bien y no tuve queja con respecto a nada!!
