Helt okej och billigt
Helt okej hotell med sköna sängar och väldigt nära tågstationen. Man får säga till i receptionen om man vill ha städning på rummet vilket vi tyckte va dåligt, vi sa till vid kl 10:00 och kom tillbaka vid 17:30 och rummet var inte städat. Finns inga stör ej skyltar att hänga på dörren och frukosten var inte den bästa, fanns inte så mycket att välja på

Bra läge precis intill järnvägsknuten Sloterdijk, 5min till Amsterdam central, inom en timme till Rotterdam, Haag, Haarlem etc. Genomsnittlig frukost och minus för rum med heltäckningsmatta.

Bra hotell som ligger direkt vid tågstation Sloterdijk, som tar bara 5-10 min. till Amsterdam central och 10-15 min till Schiphol. Helt okej frukost, mycket trevligt personal.

The breakfast was good, rooms were reasonably quiet in spite of street noise. I think the masters student ftom S America was named Alexandria and Yulia provided better reception as some of their colleagues didn't seem as helpful and courteous. Juliana in the food side was working hard while still being hospitable. The hotel was clean and was situated in convenient place.. The day we checked in it was really busy yet there was one or two agents around that seem to not be helping anyone which added to us longer checking time than necessary. Hotel was clean and location was good.

The checkin was not breezy. Room was provided dirty including used toilet and linen crumpled up. Upon complaining, they sent staff to our room and we were not able to use the room for a long time. Second day, they locked us out of room in the afternoon and then asked us to pay additional room tax, which could've been asked for while we checked in initially. Rude staff as well.

I arrived not long after 10 a.m., prepared to leave my luggage and go elsewhere while waiting for a room, but I was given a room immediately! As I was going away for 5 nights before coming back to spend my last night in Amsterdam in this hotel, I asked if I might leave some of my luggage and pick it up 5 days later - no problem!

Avoid it if you can !!! Horrible!!
The front desk staff are horrible tmlst of them do not know even the basic information about thier own hotel and rooms. The website mentions that there are safety deposit boxes in the room while the hotel staff 1 lady who works in the evening told me that we did not have a safety deposit box in our room as it was spoiled and removed while the 2 other ladies at the front desk in the morning had another answer. After having my previous reservation canceled that i have emailed confirmation from hotel.com i was told when i arrived at the hotel that there are 2 reservations under my name and i will be charged for both of them. When it was clearly thier negligence but i was told to call hotels.com to resolve the issue. After pleading them to cancel the other reservation the Manger did cancel it and made it seem that it was our fault not them. Thats just top notch customer sevice from hell. The location is all this hotel has going for itself. The area though at night is not safe as you have drunk men standing right outside the hotel door trying to get in all the time.

Over all ok room could of been a bit more cleaner. But a big but we got there early b4 check in so they put us in a double room 2 single beds..so was happy but could of changed rooms but didn't..
