Mkt bra, fräscht litet hotel vid lugn kanalgata i centrala Amsterdam.10min walk till tågstationen o Dam-torgets alla spårvagnslinjer. Bra serviceminded personal. Ett boende vi gärna återkommer till igen!

One of the nicest hotels in Amsterdam
A very nice hotel at a calm, but still central location with walking distance to the central station and the central parts of Amsterdam. I have stayed at many hotels in Amsterdam and this is for sure one of the best! Nice rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff.

A really nice hotel at a central location
A nice little hotel away from the worst tourists streets, but still a very central location with walking distance to many sites. The room was clean and nice, with an excellent bathroom and a good bed. Nice and helpful personel. A couple of drawbacks though. First of all, they had no breakfast buffet, which is a real drawback. Instead you had to order what you want the day before. For me, the breakfast is one of the most important aspects of a hotel. Also, they completely missed out on my hotels.com Gold membership benefits. Nu wine, no late checkout. No nothing. However, I don't know if it is the hotel or hotels.com that is the real problem here...

Hotel Sebastian's - go there!
Mycket trevligt boutique hotell precis vid kanalen på Kaizergracht! Omgivningarna är magnifika och hotellet är inrymt i ett klassiskt Amsterdamskt hus. Service on top, fint rum (bodde litet single room), br afrukst och mycket hjälpsam personal. Jag rekommenderar Hotel Sebastian's varmt och kommer definitivt att återvända hit!

Mycket bra hotell för en weekendresa
Mycket bra hotell. Lugnt men ändå centralt läge. Fint rum med lyxig kaffemaskin. Personalen var vänlig och serviceinriktad, hjälpte till att finna bra restauranger och boka bord. Vi kommer definitivt att bo där nästa gång vi är i Amsterdam.

The location is great, convenient to the station and is very walkable. As described on the website, it is an old building, so the rooms are small and the floors are a bit creaky. Bed was super comfy and rooms were clean.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Hotel Sebastian. May a simple “human” on the booking dates…tried Tia devise them witching 30 minutes requesting help to change the date (not cancel) and they were unwilling to help. They refused to change the date but had no problem keeping my payment though we were unable to complete the stay.

Loved this Hotel. Hotel Sebastian’s is located in a quaint neighbourhood in Amsterdam. Location is right next to the canals, close to tourist sites, restaurants, and walking distance to the train station. The staff were professional, attentive, friendly, and sociable. Loved the room we were staying in. It was clean and roomy. Our AC did not work and they could not get a technician out until Monday. Thankfully opening the window helped cool the room down. Also the Hotel comped our breakfast for our stay, due to the AC not functioning. I would DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again in the future!!!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave good directions and helped book tickets for canal boat tour. Numerous emails before arriving giving good information about arriving to hotel, restaurants and other helpful hints. Very nice boutique hotel!

Loved the canal view. It made the stay feel very authentic as you can see the boats, bikers and hear the ducks! The breakfast option was very nice, convenient and affordable. But there were no fruit or vegetable options which was the only negative.

Very pretty property with a nice bar and in a beautiful location easy to walk to everywhere in Amsterdam.

We paid a little extra for a room overlooking the canal! Beautiful windows that open out, to a lovely view. The room was small but well equipped. The hotel has a lift which is helpful as the stairs are steep! 15 euros for a good breakfast & the staff are friendly & helpful.
