Underbart hotell
Vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Spa delen var mysig men det är bra att ta med eget vatten. Frukostbuffén var utmärkt och det fanns mycket att välja mellan. Rummet hade en väldigt bra ac och kändes rymlig. När tåget vilket var ett plus.

Ros: Häftig byggnad och sköna sängar. Personalen var tillmötesgående och vi uppskattade att vi kunde låna ett paraply. Ris: Enormt mycket fläckar på väggar, både inne på toaletten och i rummet, väldigt ofräscht. Städningen var verkligen dåligt utförd, då det låg dessutom skräp på golvet. Toalettartiklarna som det står ska finnas var en pump som satt på väggen med tvål och schampo i ett samt två små pappmuggar. Hårfönen gick sönder efter någon sekunds användande bara. Där fanns en minikyl utan något i den? Vad är vitsen med det? Vi åt i restaurangen och jag beställde in ett glas mousserande vin och fick in ett glas helt utan bubblor? Gammal flaska med andra ord. Maten var inte heller någon större sensation.

Bästa hotellet vi varit på! Personal var super trevliga och hjälpsamma, området var nära till kollektivtrafik cirka 10-15 minuter från innerstan och massa butiker, mat, bio fanns i närområde nära hotellet! Rummet var så himla fint och vi kommer definitivt tillbaka

All in all good, but not really a 4 star hotel.
Positive: Great location and beautiful architecture. Negative: Awful beds which were very narrow (only 60-70 cm wide!) and moved when you wanted to sleep. All in all good, but not really a 4 star hotel.

+ Hotellet såg fantastiskt ut på utsidan. Det tog totalt 12 minuter in till Amsterdam central. Frukosten var god med en del variation. Hotellet har en pool, dock var den väldigt kall. - Majoriteten av personalen var inte särskilt trevliga, man kände sig mer som en börda mestadels av tiden. De kunde tex. stå och stirra på oss vid vårt frukostbord för att vi skulle lämna snabbare. Sängarna och rummen var smutsiga. Det var hårstrån och fläckar på våra lakan, handdukarna var fläckiga.

Toppenläge -men det finns förbättringspotential !
Mycket bra läge och ett trevligt inrett hotel, men utseendet hade gått gård funktionen!!! 70 cm bred säng har jag aldrig sett på något hotel, alldeles för smal. Svårt att öppna garderob och minibar. Handtag ej greppvänliga! God frukost - men dyr!

It’s a good hotel but it is not a 4 star hotel standard. Situated a little bit outside Amsterdam, close to train station. We rented a car, so that was handy. Close to shopping streets in Zaandam. Very very busy and can be noisy at night. Outside of the hotel is a little bit messy/ dirty, understandable as it is a shopping street. The room is ok. Very minimal.

NIce and crazy
Ligger lite utanför men har nära till tåget som tar ca 15 min till Amterdam Central. ca 3 min till station Zaandam. Butiker i området så att man klarar sig med vatten m.m. AH butik finns i området.

Super-friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. The only thing we missed was a bottle-opener in the room. You might consider a larger sign at the entrance pointing the direction to the reception, we were not the only ones who didn’t find the way.

Lever upp till bilderna!
Mycket vackert hotell som lever upp till bilderna man får se. Enkelt och snabbt att ta sig in till Amsterdam och enkelt att ta sig till Zaanse Schans som ligger bland väderkvarnarna. Rekommenderar starkt att ta en tur ut till Zaanse Schans och hyra cyklar eller promenera runt. Det enda negativa med hotellet var att de byggde om lite i närheten. Men inget som störde särskilt mycket och det lär vara klarbyggt om cirka ett år (recension från Juli 2019). Allt som allt ett toppenhotell som får högsta betyg!

Great place to stay, I just could not determine the smell, entire place smells wierd, I mean, Usually hotel got this pleasant scent when you enter but I have noticed the entire building smells, hard to explain, we kind of assume that it’s probably from the hotel restaurant. over all it’s clean, staff were very friendly.

Bed was comfy and clean, bathroom was nice, staff were friendly. Bathroom had a window in it so was visible in the bedroom and we had to pinky promise not to watch each other pooping. Can confirm the property does have a problem with silver worms but I only saw the one in our bedroom. Bedside lamp switched on by itself in the middle of the night which was freaky, but again it only happened once. Overall the hotel was good and I would recommend it to a friend.

I would say the property is no even 1 star category. The room I got had a window with almost no view. All electric stair were not working and very dirty. The only beautiful thing was the picture of the hotel on the web. The window in my room was half can. you to a stair and drive way. The night front desk did not have any idea whe the room was located. If you try to get a non alcoholic beverage was no posible. I will not recommend this property and will not stays in this brand hotel. and for compensation gave me a 5 euro bag of cookie.

Big Clean rooms and plenty of shopping in the area. Staff was pleasant at check in. Beds were not that comfy. Mattered were hard but linens were plush and comfy. Park in the Q parking which is 19€ a day who h is great for the area. The hotel is a 20 Minute drive to Amsterdam.

Great property in a great location. It seems like everything around closed early. There’s a Primark for last minute outfits and a market if you need snacks like one minute walking. Also super cute from the outside, it’s a tourist landmark.

Everything was good until we had no klenex tissues replaced. I went to the front desk and I was advised they did not have access but someone would deliver. Three hours later no klenex to blow my nose. Went to the desk and I was told they were out of klenex. I gave instructions to get one from an empty room and replace my box. The girl followed my instructions.

Hotel’s facade is Zaandam's iconic view but the rooms are not as we expected. We booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had bathrooms with leaking showers. Water was just all over the place. Front desk people were all very nice except for one dirty blonde girl who was just very rude and didn’t want to be interrupted even briefly having us wait twice for one brief question.

The area was beautiful, staff was very nice and helpful. Food and dinks in the restaurant were excellent. Hugh selection for breakfast. All the shopping you really need in a short walk.

The staff were all very kind and helpful, they were able to help keep my medicine refrigerated while holding our luggage prior to check in when we arrived 4 hours prior from our flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and location close to the Zaandam station can’t be beat!
