Luxury apartment with roof terrace | Amsterdam Oud-Zuid

A beautiful, luxurious apartment in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid with two floors. It was completely renovated in 2022, featuring a large kitchen with an island and a stunning bathroom with a bathtub and roof terrace.

The apartment is located in a convenient area near the Museum Quarter (Van Gogh Museum, Stedelijk Museum, and the Rijksmuseum), as well as restaurants and cafés. You can walk to everything from the apartment, but there is also good public transportation access.

The space:

The apartment has two floors. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, the bathroom, the laundry room, and a toilet. On the top floor, you’ll find the kitchen with an island, the toilet (which is not yet finished and still under renovation), and the living room. There is a staircase leading to the roof, but the roof is not safe enough to sit on yet.

Guests have access to the entire apartment on the second and third floors.

Neighborhood:

It is a beautiful neighborhood: very quiet and yet so close to all the hotspots of Amsterdam. This area is very local, and you’ll find many restaurants, cafés, and shops. Many families live here. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Various museums are also nearby, such as the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Heineken Experience, Stedelijk Museum, etc. The apartment is also close to Vondelpark, the most famous park in Amsterdam. Feel free to ask me for fun tips.

Transportation:

Coming by car? You can park on the street for a fee, which costs around €6 per hour. You can also park at a P+R facility where it costs around €6 per day. Coming by public transport? You can take the train, metro, or bus. The tram stop is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Tram 2 stops around the corner at Cornelis Schuytplein. Coming on foot? No problem, everything is easily walkable from the apartment.
