The staff was impolite, they wanted to take our money twice even though we had paid our reservation. Otherwise we had our receipt and they tried to fool us. We waited there almost 40 minutes, which was unacceptable for us as we were with little kids. It was one of the worst experiences with the staff.

Bra hotell nära flygplatsen
Rummet var rent och hade bra standard, klimatkontroll fungerade bra. Man behöver vara medveten om att shuttle tillbaka till flygplatsen kostar 5 Euro. I sig ingen problem, det är bara att det verkade inte tydligt för många. Jag hade ingen frukost i hotellet så kan inte bedöma det.

Airport hotel
It is a typical airport hotel, nice clean, friendly staff, good transport from the airport. A bit hard beds ( personal preference). Mostly closed down due to Covid.19 , but good food deliveredto the room

Fantastic customer service
I just have to say that the way in which the young lady at the reception encountered us as we had a slightly exceptional situation with a cancelled flight and an extra wish, was really fantastic! That kind of professionalism, flexibility and friendliness certainly makes me wish to stay there again. In every way else the hotel was also an extremely pleasant experience, it is clean, peaceful, the food was good and everything worked perfectly!

Jag hamnade på hotellet pga flygförsening. Lite långsam incheckning, men bra service. Fick ett trevligt rum, om än lite slitet vid närmre granskning. Frukostpåse - helt ok. Smidigt med gratis shuttle till/från flygplatsen.

We should have been allowed to unload our luggage in front of building not drag from parking lot. The handicap ramp should be by the front steps, not where we could not see it. There should have been a refrigerator and microwave in room.

This was a great hotel, close to the airport. My only problem was with the bath towels in my room. They were scratchy as though they had been sitting for a long time after being washed.

Our room had hair in the bathroom and on bedsheets. Felt like it wasnt even cleaned before we got there. Very limted food options near by. Noisy hallway with other guests waking our family up on both our rooms. Wont stay there again.

We booked not knowing what to expect. It was too far from city center, our fault. No fridge in room as we had experienced everywhere else we traveled. Nice rebate for not having the room cleaned everyday.

This property is outdated, and, despite the name, not all that close to the airport. They offer a shuttle, but you have to pay for it. The rooms were extremely hot, which made it difficult to get a good rest. Next time, I will just stay at the Sheraton or the Hilton and avoid having to pay for a shuttle.

The staff are very polite and helpful and always seemed to be smiling. I stayed with my 5 yr old granddaughterand everyone was very kind and attentive towards her/us. The facilities /swimming pool was great and much needed after a long day walking. We used the hotel transport everyday and had no issues. We had an awesome comfy kingsize bed in a clean room with coffee and tea making facilities. The bathroom had a bath with overshower which for us was fine. The only negative is the price of breakfast for a 5 yr old, it is the same as an adults which is a mega expensive bowl of cereal and a glass of juice. If I come back I will stay here again.

De accommodatie was op zich goed, maar het inchecken was dramatisch. Nieuw systeem werd de schuld gegeven, maar de koppeling met betalen werkte ook slecht En je kan enkel met pasjes betalen . Degene die ons hielp was tevens met andere zaken bezig Na 3 kwartier werden we weer achter een andere rij gezet om de betaling af te ronden. Buffet was prima en bediening was vriendelijk

Clean and close to the airport. If you just need a place to spend a night between flights, this is a great option. The sauna was a fantastic bonus for sweating out some of that travel residue after a long flight. There’s nothing to see or do near the hotel, but the city center is only a $30 Uber ride away.
