“Stayed over during a 12 hour transit. Very warm welcome at hotel! Front desk clerk who attended to us is a fine gentleman who was very helpful and courteous. Cluster Security Manager was happy to store luggage on our behalf till our return a couple days later. Pros: Room was well lit, spacious, clean and quiet though it smelled a touch musty on arrival. Elevator access to floors is controlled by having a valid room access card. The bed was firm, the fridge worked and hot water flowed readily...
