Villa Egeria is a charming and bright two-story villa situated on a hillside in a residential area. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Egeria you will enjoy a charming view of the sea. Villa Egeria is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Anacapri, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a number of restaurants at 1.3 km (roughly 1400 yards), a grocery store at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles), the bus stop at 250 meters (820 feet) and the closest beach (the rocky Gradola beach by the Blue Grotto) at 2.8 km (roughly 1.74 miles) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away). You will reach Villa Egeria walking past a main entrance gate and along a route that includes approximately three stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Egeria (and nonresident's cars are generally not allowed).
Villa Egeria is tended by a butler, who resides in an annex on the premises.

As guests of Villa Egeria it is possible to take part in cooking or yoga lessons, upon request and at an additional cost. You will also have the possibility to ask for private helicopter or boat transfers, upon request and for a fee.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 9 meters (29.5 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long, up to 2.8 meters (9.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with a sofa. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

The first living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has three Juliet balconies. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through arched openings. The furnishings are bright and agreeable, and include a suspended chandelier. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The room has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through an access area. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The kitchen has four large panoramic arched windows, as well as a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2

The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
