Fantastiskt stort familjhem med pool, 1 kilometer till Disney

Vackert två våningar hem över 2 900 kvm med 2 vardagsrum och 2 matplatser. Denna fem sovrum tre badrum har gott om plats för hela familjen

Det finns tre sovrum på övervåningen: Rymlig master-svit med Cal King-säng, bubbelbadkar och garderob; queen size-säng med byrå i körsbärsträ och ett barnrum med fulla över hela våningssängar och full utdragbar bäddsoffa. På övervåningen loftet har en soffa med drottning dra ut sovhytt. Dessa rum har ett badrum i korridoren. På bottenvåningen finns de återstående två sovrummen. En queen size-säng och det andra barnrummet med fulla över hela våningssängar. De delar badrummet i bottenvåningen. Alla sovrum har 42 "plasma / LCD-TV.

Uppgraderat öppet konceptkök med bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål: mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, dubbla ugnar, spis och diskmaskin. Matsalen är indelade i familjerum. Det finns gott om sittplatser med två bord som har plats för åtta vid varje. Rätt utanför matsalen ligger det spelrummet som ligger i garaget. Det erbjuder ping pong, pool och airhockey. Det finns barnvagnar, barnstol, pack n 'play och barnstol för dina spädbarn och småbarn att använda. Garaget har även tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek för gästbruk. Queen size luftmadrass finns i hemmet för extra sängkläder

Utanför familjerummet är glasskjutdörrar som leder dig till ett vackert poolområde. Två uteplatser med gott om sittplatser för att njuta av trädgården med inbyggd gas-grill.

Hemmet har Time Warners topp 250 kabelkanaler, gratis Wi-Fi och gratis amerikansk rikstäckande och Kanada telefontjänst. Centralvärme och luftkonditionering.

Från och med 1 januari 2017 har staden minskat beläggningen i alla hem. Detta hus sovplatser 13 i sängar och har en MAXIMAL ARBETSGIVNING är 13 PÅ NÅGONTID.

We stayed as a group in this home during a group visit to Disney and Universal Studios. It was within walking distance to a number of stores and restaurants, which was convenient for quick trips for supplies. It was indeed a relatively short drive to either location, making more time for fun. The facilities were everything we needed, and the beds were comfy. I would definitely recommend this place to stay for larger groups for its location and amenities.

I'll start with the good: Less than 10 minutes to get to Disneyland and the neighborhood was safe and nice. Restaurants were nearby as well.Now why I wouldn't choose this place again:The home is very outdated. First, you walk into a weird old smell in the home. I had to run to Walgreens to buy plug-in air fresheners. All of the beds are old and one is very loose and squeaks at any movement. The fridge was slightly dirty, but the host did offer to come re-clean it. The washer machine's water hookup was wrong only pushing out extremely hot water for every cycle, but this was fixed the following day. However, i didnt realize this until day 3 of the 5 days I was staying, which was the day I wanted to start washing. The baseboards in one of the rooms were horrible as if it had water damage or something. The shower heads all need to be replaced because they're rusted. There were several black widow spider eggs outside on the chairs as well as spider webs. My wife actually killed a spider on arrival. The ad stated that this was a luxury rental. I would say that maybe it was in the 90s or 80s, and ill even be nice enough to say the early 2000s, but not in 2025. I honestly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless it was updated entirely. (Unfortunately, the add photo section isn't working to allow me to add photos)

Quiet and comfortable

This house was perfect for our family of 4 with young adult children looking for a quiet get away. We enjoyed the pool and and the game room, and we appreciated having space to spread out and relax. The hosts were helpful and communicative, and gave us all the information we needed for an easy stay.

Nice size home and great amenities!

We stayed here march 2-8, 2025. We had a nice stay there and the house is fully equipped to house our family of 9. The washer did break and not only was the maintenance mgr quick to respond, but he had a brand new washer delivered that same day.

We had a great time at the house there were so many rules. Most of the 10 remotes needed new batteries many things were broken and needed updating. Overlooking this stuff we had a great time with our party of 12 in the house

Great Disney stay!

Stayed here with 4 adults 3 kids. 4 min drive from disney. There garage is converted into a game room which was awesome for the kids. Each room had towels for the stay. Lots of sleeping space. Down stairs bed room did have signs of termite damage in floor but we just didn’t go into that room.

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed for 6 days and it was perfect. plenty of space for the 5 of us - 4 teens and myself so we used all the bedrooms. the kitchen has everything you need. the only downside was the bbq didn't work. It was a selling point for me so that was a disappointment but the pool was lovely and everything was super clean and the neighborhood was quiet and very nice

Great house!

Very clean, spacious, comfortable vacation home. Location was perfect for our planned activities. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. The multiple living room and dining areas gave us all the space we needed. Beds are very comfortable, bedding and towels all great quality, water pressure in showers also great. The pool was excellent, adults and kids all swam and soaked in the California sun! It is close enough to Disney to come back and take a break during the day if needed. We did not walk to Disney, but it was a short and easy drive to get to the parking garages. Convenient to have a big fridge, full kitchen with pots/pans/cookie sheets + access to a washer and dryer. We would stay again!
