Guest Access:

Guests can access every part of this house, game room, the backyard, the pool table in the game room. The driver ways can accommodate 5 cars. Sufficient spaces for adults and kids, for your relaxation and entertainment.



The Neighborhood:

Please see the distance map for nearby attractions. No street parking all the time and you will be responsible for parking tickets for any street parking violation. The street sweeping time is Thursday afternoon.



Getting Around:

The house is close to many bus stops. You can take OCTA bus 50 (the terminal is located on the Katella Ave, about two block away) to Disneyland Park.

- **Quiet Hours Enforcement**:

- Quiet Hours enforced by County of Orange from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., ensuring peace and tranquility for all guests.



- **Guest Check-In Requirements**:

- Prior to check-in, guests must provide additional information and photo ID for identification verification purposes.



- **No Smoking Policy**:

- Smoking, including tobacco, vaping, marijuana, or other drugs, is strictly prohibited inside the home and game room at all times.



- **Accommodation Details**:

- Maximum occupancy is 15 guests, with infants under 2 not counted towards the headcount.

- Initial daily rate covers accommodation for 10 people, with an additional guest fee of $30 per guest per night.

- No additional visitors allowed without host approval.

- Minimum booking age is 21 years old, with a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights.

- Reservation requests leaving a 2-night gap in the calendar may be declined.

- The managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests.

**Security Measures:**

-We received notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behaviors and allowing unregistered guests into our properties. The cameras are on front yard, back yard and side yard. We have access to recorded footage at all the time.



- **Commercial Activities Prohibition**:

- No commercial activities and/or vehicles allowed on the property, maintaining a residential atmosphere for all guests.
