-Check-In: From 4:00 PM – Use the keyless entry code for a hassle-free arrival.
-Check-Out: By 11:00 AM – Don't forget to grab a juicy orange for the road!
-Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM – Let’s keep the magic alive without disturbing the neighbors.
-No Smoking: Except around the fire pit where you can channel your inner dragon.
-Parking: 1 free reserved drive way parking spot and free street parking available right at the property.
-Pets: Welcome for $25 per pet per night.
-Events: Small gatherings allowed, but no midnight balls, please!
-Guest Agreements and ID Verification: Please provide ID verification and sign the agreement to our host rules.
-Security Deposits: $2500 security deposit that is refundable if the property is left in good condition.
-Cameras: We have cameras facing all entrances and exits of our property. We do not have interior cameras.
-Additional Cleaning Fees: If you leave behind a pumpkin carriage mess, extra fees apply.
