Not Worth the Price – Disappointed Stay
We stayed at Embassy Suites for 10 nights and were very disappointed, especially given the price. The room was not well maintained—outdated, not properly cleaned, and the bathroom had a strong humidity odor from the shower curtain that was never addressed.
Beds felt unclean, sheets seemed reused, and the mattresses were stained and uncomfortable. The A/C vents were dusty, and the ceiling showed signs of poor repair from a past leak. Even small things like the mattress protector didn’t fit properly.
Breakfast was the same every single day, which is fine for a short stay, but not great for longer visits.
We expected much more from a hotel in this category. Sadly, this will be our last time choosing Embassy Suites unless major improvements are made.
