Besök vårt fantastiska Pool Home perfekt för 4+ familjer.

Vårt hem är designerinredda och vackert uppgraderat. Det finns fyra master sovrum, varav tre är Cal-king sovrum med badrum, och den återstående mästaren är queen size-säng och delar hallen badrummet med de två barnens rum med fulla över hela våningssängar. Alla sovrum har 47 "LCD-TV. De 4 1/2 badrummen har varit med uppgraderade med anpassade paneler fåfängar, granit räknare, travertin plattor, hårdvara, kaklade badrum och anpassade brickor inlägg i duschar.

Det öppna konceptet kök är perfekt för prepping och underhållning. Köket har anpassade panelerade skåp, bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål: spis / ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och kylskåp. Matsalen har bekvämt sittplatser åtta åt gången och det finns ytterligare sittplatser vid frukostkroken och köksbänken. Rätt utanför köket finns ett halvt badrum och tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek för gästerna.

Laminat trägolv går i hela hemmet. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har 60'-TV med DVD-spelare och Time Warners 250 bästa kanaler. Hi-Speed trådlöst internet ingår. Gratis Wi-Fi och gratis telefontjänst i hela USA och Kanada.

Genom vardagsrummet glidande glasdörrar är tillgång till den privata bakgården med en mark i poolen och jacuzzi. Vi övervakar och kontrollerar temperaturen för dig på distans från vårt kontor för att se till att den är på och till temperaturen när du anländer. Njut av vår uteservering och naturgas BBQ-grill.

Spelrummet, i det fristående garaget, har ping pong, pool och airhockey för barnen. Det finns barnvagnar, barnstol, paket och lek och barnstol för dina barn & småbarn. Queen size luftmadrass finns i hemmet för extra sängkläder.

Alla möbler, möbler etc. är nya från och med december 2014. Trevlig kort promenad till Disneyland och / eller Anaheim Convention Center, och du kan titta på Disneyland fyrverkerier från gården. Hemmet har Central Air & Heat.

Från och med 1 januari 2017 har staden minskat beläggningen i alla hem. Detta hus sover 15 i bäddar och har en MAXIMAL LÄKEMEDEL är 15 PÅ NÅGON TID.

We enjoyed the home and would stay there again. It was easy to walk to the convention center for the volleyball tournament. We had plenty of space for 8ppl. We enjoyed the pool too. It was hard to remember the door alarms for the pool but we got used to it.

The lodging, kitchen, bathrooms, and guide were all great.There were issues/delay trying to contact the property management for issues with the child locks and the jacvuzzi. The pool person was there and the spa was fixed. Left a message for the child locks. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would return.

Stay was stressful

The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were nice. The grounds and pool were well kept. There is lots of aggressively worded signage throughout the house (bathrooms, kitchen, living room) threatening fines if you don’t comply to their rules which made us all feel very uncomfortable. They also scolded us for checking out 20 minutes late and because some of our guests left trash in their trash cans in their rooms. I too am a host and I would never dream of chastising my guess over something so small and petty. There is a curfew and if they catch you with their cameras out after 10PM, they will charge you even if you’re silent There is an alarm that sounds if you don’t push a button and rush out the patio door and close it behind you within 5 seconds which was extremely stressful and ridiculous. One of our retreat attendees suffers from cerebral palsy. She is short and could barely reach the button because it’s at the top of the door frame. She was trying to rush in the house and fell on her face. The alarm sounded while she tried to drag her body inside the house and get the door shut. It was embarrassing and painful for her. I was mortified. I understand that they’re trying to prevent children from getting out to the pool unattended, but there needs to be a better solution. I will never stay here again because it felt like the hosts didn’t want us there. We felt extremely hounded and scrutinized. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s an acceptable place to stay

Great Stay!

Great stay - close to the parks, CVS, and other shopping/restaurants. Teens enjoyed the game room and sitting out by the pool. Rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. I'd recommend that the owners get a hard water filter. There was crystallization in all of the bathrooms, and the drinking water was cloudy and you could see the sediment once it settled. We had to buy bottled water as the water in Anaheim made us feel ill.

Spring Break Disneyland

Overall the property was good. Location was a little further from Disneyland that I originally thought. It was a 30 minute walk so we took an Uber most of the time which was about 10-15. The alarm to the backyard was a little confusing to figure out at first. Hot tub water took a while to heat up. Inside, the house was clean and what we needed. Lots of beds and bathrooms. We would stay here again.

Just OK

This place was just average. A solid 3/5. It’s a bit run down - rust/mineral build-up on sinks, peeling floors, dull knives, old towels/linens. Cleanliness was not an issue. Outfitted with the bare bones. It's mostly "as advertised". The details of the house are provided in a webpage format that is very difficult to navigate. It'd be nice if they simplified things and just printed something out. The alarms on the sliding doors are insanely loud and easy to forget that they're there, but I guess that's a California regulation thing. Still worthy of noting that they're very annoying. Every time you go outside you have to push a button or else an alarm goes off. Last but not least, the pool/outside patio is surrounded on all sides by cameras. I get that there is a noise ordinance that they have to police, but it's just a little creepy. Maybe just get a sound measuring device? Not to mention the flood light periodically goes off when it's windy.

Great House!

Great house with a great layout! The only complaint we have is the hot tub jets didn't work and it was only hot the first day. After day one it would only get to luke warm and it wasn't fixed for the rest of our stay (9 days).

It is a very nice house and the manager gave us plenty of people to contact for any reason; however, the rules for the stay was just too much. We also had multiple people that got bit by something in the house. We confirmed it was not mosquitoes outside and had to be something inside

Great location, fantastic pool!

The location can’t be beat—only 5 minutes from Disneyland and a few blocks from great food such as Roscoe’s chicken and waffles, Raising Caine’s, and a short drive to all of the Vietnamese food in Westminster. The rooms fit our party of 12 comfortably, and we spent everyday relaxing in the backyard pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend this property for any families doing Disneyland!

Spacious and Clean

We had a great family vacation here. It was really nice for the adults to have their own rooms and attached bathrooms. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pictures don't do it justice for how spacious the kitchen and living room are. The only problem we ran into was the pool pump had broken and the water was foggy the first two days until they could have a pool guy come and fix it. Once it was fixed, we had great time swimming in the pool. The owners were very responsive to our needs. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay for a fun Disney trip. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place near Anaheim Convention Centre

We attended Obstacle Sport Expo which we were actively involved in for a week. Our group consisted of two married couples (one of them with one of their children), a Father and younger son, an older gentleman (me), and several young coaches (17-20). The place was great. Communication with the landlords was pro-active. Everything was as advertised. The only annoying thing was the rules for the neighborhood with no one allowed to make noise after 10pm. We didn't have a rowdy group, but after a long day we were often getting back late and couldn't take advantage of the outside pool and hot tub. If you go to bed early, this place is perfect. If you want to be close to the convention center like we were, this place is excellent.

Great for large groups

Plenty of room for a large family or multiple families. Loved that there was plenty of seating for meals or board/card games. The pool and hot tub were a must for our stay and did not disappoint. Walkable to Disney or a short uber ride. Had everything we needed, and communication was easy.
